06 Sep 2025I engaged Ingeborg and her team as a buyer's agent for my property. The extra costs involved were more than worth it in my opinion, and in my case she has proven to be well worth the investment. Not only did she negotiate a good purchase price, but also guided me through the entire process very well, which unfortunately turned out to be somewhat more complicated with this particular property than usual. She is personal, sharp, and businesslike when necessary. Should I ever sell the house again, I will definitely come back to them, and I would certainly recommend them for both purchase and sale guidance.

04 Oct 2025Very bad experience with this real estate agent. In my opinion, after acquiring the assignment, little attention is paid to selling the property; think of creating a new video blog or bringing the property back into focus. Additionally, there are specific issues related to withdrawing from assignments, whereupon withdrawal leads to higher fees than agreed upon, making it very easy for oneself to enrich at the expense of withdrawing assignments. In short, in my opinion, many big promises but unfortunately little action due to taking on too much at once. The expansion to Middelburg has also failed. My advice is to remain small-scale where the customer is central.

The invoice concerns only the direct costs incurred, as previously agreed upon. A cancellation always means a loss for us, not a profit model. The office in Middelburg is completely separate from the offices in Zeeland-Flanders, which makes your comment about this incorrect. We have tried to reach you multiple times to discuss this in person. Instead, you immediately threatened with a negative review if we would not lower the invoice. Unfortunately, this makes your evaluation less credible.

Date unknownI was interested in a rental property and for that, I provided my entire baptismal certificate to this real estate agent. They even had the audacity to ask me how much I spent on energy costs and weekly groceries! Nothing done for me, mistakes were made, and ultimately they stopped responding. The property remained listed on Funda for months. Luckily, the owner entrusted the property to another real estate agent and I was able to rent the property, which means a great deal to me for various reasons, within a week, even at a lower rental price! Reham has served their purpose and apparently did not serve the owner of the property either, as they switched to another real estate agent. UPDATE: The real estate agent in question contacted me by phone and clarified things. They also apologized for what went wrong. I appreciate that. My position regarding the treatment I received remains unchanged unfortunately. Hopefully, someone has learned something from this.

Despite 'all understanding' and the 'thanks for engaging in conversation', and the promise 'to contact me as soon as possible', no contact was made. In contrast to my experience with Reham, I did keep an eye on my phone, even for missed calls. Apparently, it was a false promise that Reham made. Below is my review from 6 months ago: It would be good if they responded to their emails and kept me, as the landlord, informed about the status of an advertisement which I expected to be published. A month ago, photos were taken in my apartment, but (as it was told) these were not sufficiently publishable. My current tenant had apparently not prepared it well enough. But I heard nothing from Reham about this, and even after emailing several times, I received no response. I also called the landline number a few times (the only number I could find on the Reham website). Response: I haven't seen any missed calls, I've been busy, you only (!) emailed twice, it is your right to disagree with this, (what a condescending put-down) and I don’t want to discuss it further. What a terrible story. Instead of thinking along and informing me, someone makes me wait for a month until I had to contact another department again, to then have to hear such a story. Due to this negligence, I lost rental income. What super bad service!

We were incredibly enthusiastic, we wouldn’t hide that either but couldn’t make it on that day. Appointment set for 4 days later. No problem. We were happy and wanted to bid high if the house was what we expected. Asking price €299k. We had plenty of room. They are not beginners. Then suddenly we see an email pop up saying the house is sold subject to conditions. Story finish..ten einde, just done. But excuse me? We were still going to view it. We didn't even get a personal appointment cancellation. These aren’t classy things. Huh… we were seriously surprised. Firstly because it wasn’t handled kosher. But secondly, honestly? These people could have gotten so much more money out of their little house. Lol.. Dumb, dumb, dumb.. This realtor is not trustworthy. Very strange turn of events. Pretending like their nose was bleeding, that it's a normal course of business, and now they’re shielding with, yes the resident wanted this. Well if that resident had known there was still 1 new very enthusiastic buyer coming to view who wouldn’t blink at a bid. Ai.... Yuck! That’s not how you do business. We’ll find our new little house anyway, it'll be fine. But this firm… so not classy. ÷ Read response, I can go back and respond on many points. Beautiful story you make of it. Things didn’t go kosher. Sellers are delighted they sold and don’t know any better, are happy with what they got out of it. We were supposedly part of Saturday's group. They don't do that! He was going to call us back... but never heard from this gentleman again. We bought a house via a video call with another realtor. You send me this application via Funda: 'Dear, Is this property still available? We are a married couple, currently living in Germany. Do not yet have any income in the Netherlands, but can pay 6 months in advance. Thanks in advance, Mvg, Ischa de Vreugd' In your application you indicate yourself that there is no fixed income. It’s quite something that you now state something different but I also understand well that you cannot complain otherwise. I do understand your disappointment because it was indeed a very nice apartment. A fixed income is namely desired to give landlords more certainty. Even if you have a fortune on your bank account, a landlord doesn't get much use out of that. But you at least kept your word because you promised me to give a bad review, thank you for that. Incidentally, you also promised to file a police report and start civil proceedings due to discrimination? That didn’t go so well, I assume? I hope you have found something nice in the meantime.

After repeating everything twice, I received a short answer that I would be called back. The telephone operator in question was clearly busy with other things. Still nothing heard on Tuesday afternoon. Again, I call myself and receive the short (exasperated) answer that my request had already been noted and I would be contacted. In the meantime, more than a week has passed and still nothing has been heard. It's bizarre that they can sell a house here without allowing potential buyers to view it. Very unprofessional. And after your reply here, I am even more astonished. The house for which I contacted you is indeed in your portfolio but is now naturally sold subject to contract. Your telephone operator looked it up themselves when I had them on the line because they initially didn't understand which house it was about. You never called me back and also did not email me. And what “same day” are you referring to? Because after three days, it still stood as

The telephone operator didn't know that and indicated that we would be called back. Subsequently, we were called back by Björn. When I asked if the house was still for sale, I received the question 'why?' in an indignant tone. Apparently a very strange question, which they don’t often receive there. The conversation also leaned more towards an impolite than service-oriented tone. I was supposed to be called back later to discuss a viewing but heard nothing more from them... Doesn't come across as a professional real estate agency. Perhaps treat potential clients a little friendlier, then you won't lose them.

They act as an intermediary when renting a private property, you can pay them quite a bit, but passing on information to the owner if you have something to discuss does not happen. When you call them, they never have time or the person you want to speak with is unavailable or in a meeting. Callback requests are ignored 9/10 times. If you have a problem with your rental property, it takes weeks or months before it is resolved. Employees make promises that contradict each other or are not fulfilled, or it is claimed that the promise was not made. When getting your deposit back, you can also keep calling for weeks before you receive anything, even if you hand over the house in perfect condition. Ultimately, you receive a credit invoice and even then they only pay after some time after the expiry date they put on the invoice themselves. Never again.

15 Aug 2025We got to know Sandra as the sales broker for our new home in Yerseke. The sanitary facilities, the floor and the kitchen of this property were dated and Sandra was very honest about that. She took plenty of time for a viewing, helped us see the potential the house has. She approached us in a very pleasant, personal and warm way. We really get the impression that she goes one step further than an average broker. A personal text message, sending photos of the purchased house, photographing the handover moment… It’s just that she was already our sales broker otherwise we would have gladly asked her to be our purchasing broker.

15 Apr 2025As the purchasing party, we were also very well guided by Sandra. This started already during the viewing. Sandra was honest and took plenty of time to show everything. Afterwards, she also took the time to sit with us viewers and go through everything about the property, gave us some tips and reassured us. As soon as she knew that we were going to be the buyers of the house, she called us directly, even on a Saturday evening. In the further process, she was also available for all questions. She is there not only for you, if she works for you, but really for everyone involved.

Enthusiastically signed up for a nice house, we immediately entered our preferred date and time on the website after 1 day, which was also open for viewing. We received a response that our viewing had been scheduled for another time, which was not possible for us due to our irregular working hours, as we had indicated. Subsequently, an unpleasant reaction that nothing could be changed and that we were removed from the list, what a turn-off.. Customer-oriented and customer-friendly ws. never heard of. We will no longer do business with Van Dijk Real Estate in Waarde.

15 Oct 2024During our house search, we ended up at one of the houses that Sandra had for sale. We had already heard from people in the area that the contact was very personal and generally only positive experiences. This certainly proved to be true when we came for the viewing of the house where we now live. Sandra takes time for the viewing, from a thorough tour to still having a conversation around the table to discuss how we found it. Compared to other experiences with other real estate agents, this was very good and pleasant. Time is taken for you and you can ask all the questions you want. It's not just a quick tour and then leaving. Also, during the period before we could have the transfer, we could always contact her if necessary, which was also very nice. The contact was personal even during the ‘business’ conversations. It was simply pleasant, personal, and nice. We would definitely choose Sandra again if it should be necessary.

15 Oct 2024About 2.5 months ago, I contacted Sandra to ask if she could assist us with the purchase of a specific property in the municipality of Reimerswaal. However, we were already at such an advanced stage that Sandra indicated it would no longer make sense to engage her as a buyer's agent. Despite this, she gave us very valuable tips free of charge and thanks to her advice, we were able to complete the purchase. Although I hope to live in the new home for many years, Sandra will be my first choice if the time ever comes that we want to sell the property again. Sandra: our review took a while to appear, but we are still very grateful to you!

We were shown around in a very positive way and she gave us information about the property. She also helped us nicely step by step after our bid was accepted, especially because it was the first time we bought a home, everything was new. You are then taken care of, very nice!

Sandra stuck with it and sold it. The second house was also sold very quickly and everything was arranged perfectly again.
