The intake interview at our home gave us a good feeling about how he would proceed. Enthusiastic and pragmatic. Our house was sold immediately after the very first client visit, so we are simply happy. The seller still declines the sale and the real estate agent indicates that he will not pass on the advice for a foundation survey to new buyers, regardless of his reporting obligation.
