Date unknownMy lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

02 May 2025Advice followed, therefore no chance for their home.... Filling in all my details on the site and sending them to VLIEG is not sufficient as registration. It was only for their financing check. Despite the fact that I also had to provide all data about the property to be obtained and building number. Exactly the same data as the official registration form. I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

On April 17 end of day hour, we received your email in which you stated that you expected to have registered with your previous email. We then informed you that registration for the property itself had to be done through the registration form and that you had to do this yourself. Unfortunately, the registration deadline was April 17 until 12:00 and your email arrived at the end of the day in which you stated that you expected to have registered with the financing form. The financing form was forwarded to the real estate agent on time by us, as agreed. Unfortunately, you interpreted it differently, and we are sorry to hear that.

25 Jul 2025We are incredibly happy with the toppers from Van de Steege Zaanstad, first of all when we bought our house years ago and now with the purchase-sale inventory Noah and Ginger were truly indispensable. Pleasant communication, things arranged perfectly, always open to questions, highly recommended! Also not unimportant, they got a very nice price for our house. 30 Apr 2025Very nice guidance from Ginger and her team! We have been searching for a home in Zaandam for 5 years and have come across many different real estate agents along the way. Ginger always stood out during the viewings of her houses. She is professional, friendly, always present/on time, and she answers all questions very well. When selling our own house, we immediately knew who our realtor would be; Ginger! The sales process went very smoothly from A to Z. The sales presentation was very good (nice team of photographer, copywriter and energy label advisor) and top accessibility of Ginger and her team. During the process, expert advice and room for consultation. And concluded with a quick and beautiful result!

Decisive for me was their well-considered sales strategy (about which I was excellently informed) and the preparatory market research of my living environment to support the strategy. My apartment was sold within 10 days in both cases. They were also involved and available in the guidance before, during the assessment of bids, and after.
