My lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

It's not nothing when you have to sell a house, especially not if it’s not your own house and you still have to process your loss in the meantime. Mirjam helped us very well with the sale of the house, and always responded quickly to questions we had. She even organized and supervised an open house for us, because we were not able to do this ourselves. Super service and the sale of our father’s house went very smoothly as a result. We are very satisfied!

Advice followed, therefore no chance for their home.... Filling in all my details on the site and sending them to VLIEG is not sufficient as registration. It was only for their financing check. Despite the fact that I also had to provide all data about the property to be obtained and building number. Exactly the same data as the official registration form. I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

Thank you for your feedback. What a shame to hear that it went like this. We would like to explain the process again. On April 11, we received the financing form from you. On April 17 end of day hour, we received your email in which you stated that you expected to have registered with your previous email. We then informed you that registration for the property itself had to be done through the registration form and that you had to do this yourself. Unfortunately, the registration deadline was April 17 until 12:00 and your email arrived at the end of the day in which you stated that you expected to have registered with the financing form. The financing form was forwarded to the real estate agent on time by us, as agreed. Unfortunately, you interpreted it differently, and we are sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, no honest broker. Had a few bad experiences. Doesn't pass on bids, for example, if he doesn't like them. Communication is not transparent. Does not honour made appointments. Violates the code of honour of the nvm realtor right before your eyes! I would advise to never, but really never trust this broker. This broker doesn't think along with you, but only in his own lane. See attachment. Be warned!

After the photos were initially rejected by us, another photographer was arranged immediately. We were also allowed to adjust the introductory text according to our wishes. We found communication, especially with the office, difficult. We felt we had to extract all the information ourselves. The info was less proactive than we would like, especially considering how much money you pay for a realtor. Questions were answered reactively fine, but even then, sometimes messages were read without a response; please let us know that you are working on it instead of not responding for half a day or longer. That creates peace of mind for clients who depend on your actions. …
