Very helpful, friendly and honest, the purchase went smoothly at that time. Three years later, we looked for a new home. We gave our wishes to this real estate agent and they immediately got to work. A property came online that matched our wishes. But that didn't mean we were willing to buy it immediately. However, we did manage with the right offer. Then our current home was sold through them and it all went incredibly fast. Little stress experienced, everything was perfectly organized from the office to the real estate agent themselves. Whether it was a phone call or an app message, I really recommend this real estate agent to everyone.

06 Aug 2025After being called as one of the first to schedule an appointment to view 2 houses in Haaksbergen, they were supposed to contact us, which they didn't. After we contacted them again, we were told that the viewing days were already full. After a negative review, we were called and suddenly could come for a viewing; we declined this as it is not an acceptable way of doing business. We are very disappointed in this company.

When problems arose, it became very complicated (they wash their hands of it!) and the communication was quite poor overall. Whenever we asked critical questions, the atmosphere became quite ''arrogant''. Very unfortunate and bad in our eyes! However, we do live very comfortably here, hence the 2 stars for the effort..!
