Ilja Scholten heeft ons erg goed en fijn begeleid bij de taxatie van ons eerste woning. Er kwam veel op ons af omdat we als starters voor het eerst gaan kopen. Ilja reageert snel, denkt mee, en een taxatie afspraak kon snel plaatsvinden. Wij hadden een paar deadlines die we moesten halen voor ons hypotheek, en daar werd ook aan mee gedacht, waardoor wij ons taxatierapport snel opgestuurd kregen. Waardoor alles goed kwam! Ik kan Eggink Maalderink Makelaars zeker aanbevelen. Daarom zal ik zeker denken aan deze makelaardij, mochten wij ons huis ooit gaan verkopen. ;-)

After we contacted them again, we were told that the viewing days were already full. After a negative review, we were called and suddenly could come for a viewing; we declined this as it is not an acceptable way of doing business. We are very disappointed in this company.

We had a nice little house in mind on Vredenseweg, and it turned out afterwards, according to the owner, that there was asbestos on the roof! In the sales advertisement from RGO, it's nowhere visible noted...🙈 You'll be the buyer who finds out afterwards that thousands of euros are needed to remediate it! A reply saying I should call next time but I did that too regarding the question about the asbestos and I would be called back but that phone call still needs to come!! Regards
