Het hele proces verliep snel en soepel, waardoor de verkoop zonder onnodige stress kon plaatsvinden. Wat ik vooral waardeerde, is de uitgebreide ondersteuning gedurende het hele traject. What an experience with this moving company... On the preliminary contract they gave us, the address was incorrect... It looked like a scam. Fortunately, we noticed it! According to them, it was just a small mistake... We gave them a second chance because we needed housing. They sent us the contract, but some parts were unclear, especially one. When we asked questions, they weren't answered professionally, which only increased our doubts about the reliability of this company. Ultimately, we decided to look for another company that takes better care of its customers, and then they also asked us to pay cancellation fees... Scandalous.

We had a terrible experience with Rental Agency. As expats and new arrivals in the country, we relied on Rental Agency to help us find a place and with the moving process. But they were not at all helpful. They did not share any housing offers with us. We had to search ourselves. During check-in, they did not inspect the property and did not report any existing damage that was already there. Also during check-out, we received no help from them. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

Wees voorzichtig met Chantal als je een expat bent en huurder/huurder. Wat in werkelijkheid niet waar was, want in het huurcontract stond dat het appartement alleen geveegd hoefde te worden. Ze zei dat ze een spinnenweb in de slaapkamer had gevonden en vroeg zelfs of ik er "nachtmerries" over had gehad. Ze sprak Nederlands met de verhuurder, dus ik kon het niet begrijpen. Gelukkig deed de verhuurder het juiste: ze herinnerde zich dat de krassen van haar vorige collega-huurder waren en nam niets van mijn borg af. Het was de meest vreselijke en vernederende ervaring die ik in 10 jaar in Nederland heb gehad. Als u de verhuurder bent, kunt u er zeker van zijn dat ze waarschijnlijk geweldig zal zijn en aan uw kant zal staan ​​om ervoor te zorgen dat de huurder een deel van zijn borg kwijtraakt.
