Absolutely terrible agency. They assess based on your name and ethnicity. We meet all requirements but are rejected without good reason. In fact, they don't even look at the application. They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have a Muslim name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they use these excuses to say that you are not a family or that the salary is not enough. Apparently, they don't look at the application. Incredibly racist agency. Terrible service. Zero zero realtor, they are rejecting my application for a rental house solely because of my name, not Dutch, racist. First, it is said that you are not family, therefore I do not accept you.
