5 april 2026. Top makelaardij en financieel advieseur. Al bij de eerste kennismaking (Mitch) kwan hij zeer professioneel over. Hij had zijn huiswerk reeds gemaakt en voorbereid helemaal ingesteld op de te verkopen woning. In tegenstelling tot een vorige makelaar welke enkel door het huis heen rende en kwam met een voorstel van de verwachte vraag prijs. Binnen 20 minuten was hij alweer weg. Ik moest maar contact opnemen met hem indien ik verder wilde. Mitch toch kwam met vergelijkbare woningen ( fotos enz) van woningen in de buurt en de vraagprijzen en een eerlijk advies. Wat we ongeveer konden vragen zodat de woning niet eeuwig on line bleef. En hij had gelijk, de woning heeft zeer kort on site staan en voor een mooie prijs verkocht. In de tussentijd zijn er gesprekken geweest met de financieel adviseur voor het aanvragen van een nieuwe hypotheek ( Alles onder een kap) Zeer goede adviezen mogen ontvangen,tips enz ezz. Vanaf het moment dat Mitch in beeld kwam tot op heden , de koop is bijna rond bleef Mitch aanwezig en bereikbaar. Hij bleef ons bijstaan ( en nu nog) op nog wat rest vragen,die er altijd over blijven. Geen moment het gevoel gehad vanuit hun , de buit is binnen en wij zijn klaar De overige dracht vind binnenkort plaats en ik weet zeker dat we kunnen blijven steunen op Mitch en op Hendriks Makelaardij Weert. Heb zelfs het gevoel dat we na de sleutel overdracht nog altijd welkom zijn bij hun. Voor de verkoop van onze woning zocht ik een makelaar waarmee ik duidelijke afspraken kon maken, die transparant is over hoe het verkoopproces in elkaar steekt en die daarnaast goed bereikbaar zou zijn. Wat dat betreft heeft Iwan Hoeben mijn verwachtingen meer dan waargemaakt. Onze afspraken werden altijd stipt nagekomen en alle eventuele onduidelijkheden snel opgelost. Daarnaast verliep de communicatie altijd heel soepel, of het nu per telefoon, e-mail of whatsapp was. Ik geef niet snel 5 sterren, maar voor Iwan maak ik graag een uitzondering. En dank ook voor Danny Koppen van de Hypotheekshop, die zich als een pitbull in mijn hypotheekdossier heeft vastgebeten en alles keurig en op tijd voor elkaar heeft weten te krijgen.

We hebben een uitstekende ervaring gehad met Danny. Hij wist binnen een week hypotheekgoedkeuring van meerdere banken te regelen. In een bijzonder geval, toen ik rechtstreeks een aanvraag indiende, werd mijn hypotheek door een bank afgewezen vanwege bepaalde voorwaarden, maar verrassend genoeg wist Danny het ook bij hen goedgekeurd te krijgen.
