Leon was the only 'verkoopmakelaar' from our selection to pass our 'testvragen'. Other brokers were more in the role of a buyer's agent while we explicitly wanted a sales broker. Thanks to Leon and his colleague Taha, we managed to sell our apartment for a reasonably good amount, in a competitive sales market on the same street. Visited the offered property in May 2021, right in the middle of the corona pandemic. There were two real estate agents and certainly 6 viewing interested parties in the apartment. Whether I wanted to come inside too. That wasn't the agreement. Good information and a one-on-one conversation without competition was not possible. They are not affiliated with NVM or anything else, although the girl on the phone claimed they were. That is allowed because a real estate agent is an unprotected profession but be honest. I have never experienced this with any other realtor in The Hague or Delft. Always 10 minutes of private viewing and conversation.

Recently viewed a house via the website of 88Makelaars. The viewing went well. After making an offer, well before the deadline, I did not receive any confirmation of receipt nor a response. The following week, I called the office myself and was told that I had the opportunity to submit a final bid. After submitting the final bid, again I received no confirmation of receipt and was not called back. The relevant agent, Leon Zhou, is very difficult to reach and does not keep his appointments. This experience confirms the bad reputation of some real estate agents. Truly disappointing and very shameful. It is expected that real estate agents will ensure that the purchase process is clear and fair. This is not the case at 88Makelaars.

Zeer, zeer slechte service. Dit bedrijf verkocht een appartement en ik heb de bieding gewonnen. Het appartement was net gerenoveerd. Toen ik de sleutel kreeg, beloofde Dex dat de nog niet afgeronde werkzaamheden zouden worden uitgevoerd. Na meer dan een jaar is dat nog steeds niet gebeurd, en er zijn zelfs geen suggesties gedaan. Meestal negeerde het bedrijf me gewoon – ze namen de telefoon niet op en beantwoordden geen e-mails. Als je ze vanuit het perspectief van de verkoper bekijkt, raad ik je aan geen zaken te doen met dit bedrijf.
