We hadden twee makelaars uitgenodigd voor de verkoop van ons appartement. Walter van makelaar de Jong had zich uitermate goed voorbereid en is goed op de hoogte van de plaatselijke markt. Tijdens het proces werden we ook continu op de hoogte gehouden. Al met al een plezierige samenwerking met een resultaat waar we tevreden mee zijn.

Geeft uitgebreid uitleg over het verkoop proces. Is zeer behulpzaam. Prettig en voorkomend in de omgang en geeft steeds duidelijke en accurate terugkoppeling over kopers.

Contacten waren helder, plan van aanpak is goed uitgelegd. Overleg waardevol mbt wel/niet verkoop met inschrijving. Feedback na bezichtigingen waren top!

Walter heeft ons in het hele traject super goed begeleid. Onzekerheden geprobeerd weg te nemen en nam hiervoor zeker alle tijd. Ook de mensen op kantoor allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een dikke tien!

De heer Huijgen is op eeste gezicht een vriendelijke makelaar, maar helaas komt hij zijn afspraken niet na. Bezichtiging is goed gegaan en we hebben zelfs een bod gebracht. Wordt aangegeven dat we teruggebeld worden,maar 2 weken later nog steeds geen reactie. Indien je dan contact met hem opneemt krijg je als tegenreactie dat hij nog geen reactie van de verkoper heeft. Ik denk dat dit wel anders kan. Aan de lijn gehouden worden vindt niemand leuk. Zou beter zijn als u direct aangeeft wat de situatie is .
