Dit maakt dat de communicatie met alle medewerkers soepel verliep en met alle vragen die ik had, werd ik ook zeer snel geholpen.

De verkoop van mijn huis was voor mij een spannende en emotionele stap. Juist daarom was het fijn om begeleid te worden door mensen die rustig blijven, duidelijk communiceren en echt met je meedenken. Na het overlijden van mijn echtgenoot besloten om ons grote huis te verkopen. Wat een top team bij van der Wiel, zij hebben mij helemaal ontzorgd in deze moeilijke periode. Binnen 2 weken was mijn/ons huis verkocht aan een fijne familie met 3 jonge kinderen. Hartelijk dank voor de goede begeleiding en uitvoering toppers.

Alles is zeer soepel verlopen, goede gesprekken waar je wat aan hebt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, als je wat wilt weten kan je altijd bellen en word je netjes te woord gestaan. Al met al een fijn een fijne makelaar die weet wat hij doet en waar je altijd terecht kunt.

Enige positieve was de verkoopprijs van het huis wat in de huidige markt niet lastig is. Verder was het een zéér rommelig geheel en verliep alles anders dan dat we hadden afgestemd. Begon al bij het op Funda zetten van de woning waar we tot drie keer toe moesten aangeven dat de door hen verstrekte informatie in de advertentie niet klopte, tussendoor moeten wisselen van makelaar want degene die we eerst hadden veranderde van kantoor (dit hoorde we twee dagen voordat hij daadwerkelijk vertrok), tweemaal probeerde ze ons te overtuigen dat de prijs die zij van te voren hadden getaxeerd te verlagen omdat ze het huis niet verkocht kregen, 31 bezichtigingen gehad voordat er überhaupt een bod kwam, talloze keren na moeten bellen of de gemaakte afspraken nog nagekomen zouden worden, vanaf het moment dat er dan eindelijk een potentiële koper was leek het alsof ze de makelaar voor de kopende partij waren, achteraf nog een factuur voor zaken die op het moment van overdracht nog wel werkte (is ook gecontroleerd tijdens de overdacht), en zelfs tijdens de afhandeling van deze kosten wederom moeilijke, langzame en slechte communicatie.

Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over de samenwerking met deze makelaar. Het contact is gedurende het hele traject altijd super goed geweest: snel, duidelijk en persoonlijk. We voelden ons echt gehoord en serieus genomen. Daarnaast hebben we de betrokkenheid als zeer positief ervaren. Op donderdag 5 maart 2026 had ik een afspraak voor een bezichtiging van de woning aan de Schiedamseweg beneden in Rotterdam. Helaas is er niemand namens uw kantoor komen opdagen. Ik heb hierover twee keer telefonisch contact opgenomen om te vragen waar de makelaar bleef. Tijdens het eerste telefoongesprek werd mij verteld dat hij onderweg was omdat zijn vorige afspraak was uitgelopen. Bij het tweede telefoongesprek werd echter aangegeven dat wij elkaar zouden hebben misgelopen. Dit verbaast mij, aangezien ik ruim op tijd aanwezig was op de afgesproken locatie en daar ook ben blijven wachten. De tegenstrijdige informatie die ik telefonisch heb ontvangen vind ik erg vreemd en bovendien teleurstellend. Ik heb speciaal tijd vrijgemaakt voor deze bezichtiging en verwacht in zo’n situatie duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie.

Een hele prettige samenwerking waarbij flexibiliteit en deskundige begeleiding, snelle en concrete respons met prima begeleiding maken dat alle partijen tevreden zijn.

Toen ik de woning kocht waren zij de makelaar van de verkopende partij en het contract was heel prettig. Vandaar met ze in zee gegaan toen de woning weer verkocht werd. Service, begeleiding en uitleg waren geheel volgens de verwachting.

Wij kregen direct een goed gevoel bij Carolien en Ingrid toen wij ons nieuwe huis kochten via Damdrecht waardoor wij besloten om ook via Damdrecht mijn huis te verkopen.
