For the 2nd time within 7 years, I have gone into business with this knowledgeable team. Careful and very communicative people. House sold very smoothly for a beautiful price, and also in a pleasant way. As far as I'm concerned, there is no better real estate agent in Dordrecht than Vijfvinkel Trossèl.

UPDATE N.A.V. REACTIE VIJFVINKEL Firstly, with regard to the hole in the wall, I want to emphasize that the real estate agent initially called us requesting that we leave the hole as it was. This contrasts with the claim that the sellers reported that the hole could not be repaired in a timely manner. Secondly, regarding the full waste bins, it is important to mention that we were explicitly told that it was normal to leave them and that we should go to the landfill. This contradicts the claim that the office would not have said they found it 'normal'. Later there were indeed matters that, in my opinion, were not unforeseen but clear defects that were not reported. We were also right about this through our legal assistance. A fire in the meter cupboard because all the electrical wiring was not properly connected should surely be noticeable every time your circuit breaker trips. Respectful and transparent conduct are values we all strive for, and I believe that sketching a correct picture of a situation falls under this. Finally, I would like to say that I found it very unpleasant that after my review I was approached several times by the real estate agent both by telephone and via email (by tracing my personal data through their archive) to persuade me to remove or adjust my review in favor of Vijfvinkel. ORIGINAL REVIEW For the client they will certainly score well. But a little respect and humanity towards the buyer is lacking. One of many examples: This real estate agent finds it normal for the seller to leave 3 full containers of waste behind, which would not be emptied until after a month. Despite this being noted during the key handover, the real estate agent stuck to her position that we, as new residents, should dispose of the old residents' waste if we wanted space in the containers before our move. Frankly antisocial. In addition, the real estate agent also thought it was perfectly normal for the previous owners to leave a large hole in the wall for us, while this arose after signing the purchase agreement. For this reason alone I would personally never choose this real estate agent.

Really well assisted by Jeroen but the back office is fantastic too, all equally professional and friendly. We'll be staying for a while yet but for our next purchase or sale, we will definitely involve Vijfvinkel Trossèl again.

The washing machine in my apartment stopped working, so I contacted Charlotte Koenen of Verra Makelaars via email. Charlotte immediately responded to my email and tried all methods to help me solve the problem remotely. As we discovered that the issue was more complicated, Charlotte helped me arrange a specialist (Feriani from Fortius Cleaning & Onderhoud) to visit my apartment. Feriani is great. He quickly fixed the problem, the washing machine now works perfectly. It was a wonderful experience and once again many thanks to Charlotte Koenen!

My experience with Verra is very bad. Either the expertise is very poor, or the disinformation is intentional. I give one star because I specifically recommended the apartment in the neighborhood that I was interested in, because luckily(?) for both, it was on their own list and they really wanted to rent it out. Suggestions to view other apartments that would fit my budget had to come from myself. Incorrect information: 1. The apartment was advertised as fully furnished, as seen during the viewing, except for the TV and some personal belongings. Upon moving in, I noticed that the 'personal belongings' were a bit larger than I expected, because the apartment was essentially empty. Verra took no responsibility for miscommunication and it is true that I did not request in writing what I wanted to leave behind. I am glad they at least left the bed, washing machine and a few spoons, as I also didn’t confirm those. 2. After the move, I discovered that there was no TV/internet cable in the house. It took months for Verra to come up with a solution with the owner/internet provider on how to arrange the internet connection in the apartment. Ultimately, I arranged the installation myself and sent the bill to the owner. 3. Verra has also had problems with my rental agreement, rent statement and translating documents that I have to sign. The communication about how these problems are resolved is poor or completely absent. Update: Although I confirmed with Verra (this by email) that heating is included in the rent, that is not stated in the contract they entered into with my company (not with me). I discovered this a year later when Verra asked for reimbursement. I have no insight into the contract and the requested information has also not been provided to me. Again, Verra takes no responsibility for their disinformation between the parties. I would not want to work with them again due to the lack of transparency.
