Ik raad dit bedrijf ten zeerste af, vooral niet aan studenten. Mensen van dit bedrijf bieden ook huurwoningen aan studenten. Ik was er een van. Ik woonde in een huis dat ten onrechte als studentenhuis werd aangeprezen. Er woonden echter ook niet-studenten. Hoewel er een zero-tolerancebeleid gold voor drugs in huis, waren deze huurders vaak onder invloed. Een van hen gedroeg zich meerdere keren agressief. Ik heb meerdere keren om hulp gevraagd, maar het bedrijf heeft nooit actie ondernomen. Bovendien vertelde een makelaar me vóór het tekenen van het contract dat er een kleine renovatie gepland stond. Het zou snel klaar zijn en ik kreeg ook de belofte dat er na afloop een wastafel zou komen, dus ik stemde in met de renovatie. Helaas was de renovatie niet snel klaar, maar duurde maanden. Tijdens de werkzaamheden was het huis vreselijk vies, constant vol stof en een van de ramen raakte beschadigd, waardoor er koude lucht naar binnen kwam. Mij werd beloofd dat de extra stookkosten die hierdoor ontstonden, zouden worden vergoed, maar aan het einde van mijn huurcontract trok de makelaar zich er niets van aan en deed alsof hij het zich niet meer herinnerde. Er gingen meerdere dingen in huis kapot, zoals een wasmachine en een droger. We hadden ook een lekkage in het dak. De droger is tijdens mijn huurperiode nooit gerepareerd, hij heeft het maandenlang volgehouden. Hetzelfde geldt voor de lekkage. We hebben herhaaldelijk gevraagd om het te repareren, vooral omdat het in de winter gebeurde en de stookkosten daardoor stegen, omdat het huis de warmte niet vast kon houden. Wederom kregen we geen hulp en het dak werd pas na wekenlang smeken gerepareerd. Tot slot, nadat ik was verhuisd, had ik moeite om mijn borg terug te krijgen. Ik kreeg hem pas ver na de vervaldatum. De makelaar vertelde me dat de reden dat de borg niet was overgemaakt de ziekte van zijn zus was. Ik vind dat geen professionele, noch een wettelijke verklaring. Mijn algehele huurervaring was verschrikkelijk. Ik werd genegeerd en de regels waren onduidelijk. Zo werd me bijvoorbeeld verteld dat ik drie maanden van tevoren moest opzeggen, terwijl de wet zegt dat ik maar één maand mag opzeggen. Er was ook een moment dat een van de makelaars dreigde de helft van mijn borg in te houden vanwege de stookkosten. Ik zou uiteraard alle extra kosten betalen, maar ik heb tijdens mijn huurperiode nooit de rekeningen voor elektriciteit, verwarming, enz. ontvangen. Ik ben slechts student en dit was mijn allereerste ervaring met huren. Ik raad de diensten van dit bedrijf niet aan.
