Worst service ever. Melvin scheduled a viewing with me and in the email he did not mention the door number of the building/apartment. When I arrived there, I was lost without information about the building, because there were multiple identical ones. Despite calling him several times, he didn't answer his phone. It took me more than 1 hour to get there by train and he simply doesn't care about people’s time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The real estate agent clearly knew what he was talking about. He chose the right strategy, my house sold quickly. I wanted a fairly quick transfer and he arranged that too under the motto 'you are my client, I'll take care of it'. This real estate agency is deceiving buyers. My advice: do not buy a property with this realtor. We bought a house from Dupree Makelaars and it only brought misery. Sellers knew that there were construction plans next to our house, but Dupree Makelaars failed to disclose that. Realtor Dupree refuses a solution and doesn't respond. Untrustworthy and customer-unfriendly company.

I really don't know what to think of this! Update: After the phone call. Probably a problem with the functionality of their website, so no response.
