This company is a disgrace to the entire real estate sector, the website is not up to date, houses that were sold long ago are still listed on it, and he also has houses for sale on Funda that have already been sold. Website is not up to date, it hasn't been for years. Emails are never answered, viewing requests receive no response; partly because the houses apparently have already been sold. Called about this, and it turns out the houses haven’t been available for a very long time… The owner acted as if he knew nothing… as if he doesn’t receive 20 phone calls daily about the same thing… honestly! After reading the rest of the reviews, we decided not to do business with this worthless company.

Appointment was rescheduled to the following day. If you come at that time, you are not the only one. There were already people and more people arrived. Half an hour later, after the agreed time, the best guy comes to say we had to wait 'a little while' (about 3/4 of an hour!) because he was busy with other people. Namely, the people who came after us! He found it strange that I said something about it! An uncomprehending reaction followed! And asked who we are four times! If he already misses this appointment, what kind of sales/purchase would that be?! The final tour of the house was also a farce, only knew how to say standard sentences. Didn't even bother to walk around the surroundings of the house, we had to do it ourselves. A very bad feeling remained, not recommended to do business with this company.

Our sales broker was excellent, expertly marketed and sold our property. Unfortunately, he switched employers just before the transfer date, and some corners were cut as a result. The broker who took over our property visited for the first time on the day of sale, without any attention to the buyer or us as sellers, did not accompany us to the notary, and the 'for sale' sign was still in the garden a month later, which we had to follow up on ourselves.

The house we bought was sold by Hauzer&Partners. The real estate agent for this property was Patty. Patty is friendly, but was late for our viewing, and we were rushed through the house, often still standing in the previous room. Also during the final inspection, Patty was late. During the inspection it turned out that the central heating pressure was low, but according to her it wasn't a problem and we just needed to top it up. Ultimately, during the renovation we encountered a leak, and there was no understanding from the real estate agency; we only received contradiction stating they had nothing to do with this. We believe that a real estate agent has a duty to inspect such installations before the sale. We are therefore very sorry that things were handled in this way. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this real estate agent.
