30 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

VIND proactively contacted us when a place became available in a CPO project (after we were not selected for Heldersveld phase 1). As a result, we are now building our dream house. In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. The personal and committed advice from the very beginning gave us so much confidence that we also entrusted Noa with the sale of my then-home. In this overheated market, she put everything into selling my home for an excellent price. The communication was clear and pleasant, and the advice surrounding the sale was very professional. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

06 Jan 2026It would have been nice if we had received clearer tips in advance regarding the handover of our sold house. We acted to the best of our knowledge, but apparently that was not sufficient. It has led to a very annoying handover. Legally speaking, the buyers had no standing with their sudden demands, but at the moment itself we were cornered. Smedema wanted nothing to do with our criticism. That the list of items from the office was incorrect on three (!) occasions, was extremely sloppy. It's a good thing that after this transaction we left the region. Smedema thinks highly of himself.

After the transport, there was still extensive contact about the course of events and we assumed that the matter had been discussed and concluded. During the handover, we did our utmost, despite the difficult circumstances, to find solutions so that the transport could proceed. That was ultimately also successful. The choice not to be present at the inspection we respected at that time, although we strongly advise sellers to be present there to prevent such situations as much as possible. We have been committed to you as our customer throughout the entire process. That this was experienced differently by you, we regret. Feedback we take seriously and use it to further improve our service.

25 Nov 2025With the support of Piet and Sandra from Hans de Makelaar's team, I was able to successfully sell my house within eight weeks (from the first contact to the notary appointment). Piet is a very experienced and pleasant real estate agent who handles difficult situations and people well. Everything went quickly and professionally. The cooperation was relaxed and positive. I chose this office for three reasons initially. We live near the Dutch border and I wanted to put my house on the market in both countries. Moreover, I had imagined that as a buyer I would very much like to buy a house from someone like Piet. And finally, the real estate commission in the Netherlands is only half that in Germany, which is simply a nice bonus. I am not disappointed and can wholeheartedly recommend Piet from Hans de Makelaar. Please understand that I am not using my real name – this does nothing to detract from the honesty of my review.

25 Mar 2025quote requested for the sale of our house just where I have to think about costs a few times email traffic and telephone contact with Hans himself he indicated that he understood and would produce a quote he said he would put it through the letterbox a few days later still no quote another email sent I was called by Mr. Jetten whether I had nothing else to do we are giving you a price now and you have to deal with it I asked to do this via email, he says that's not possible, I tell him it to you now and then it’s done and breaks the connection I hope no one ever does business with this realtor again

There was plenty of attention for my questions and concerns. These were removed directly after submitting the necessary formalities. All time was taken to explain, clarify and justify the mortgage. This turned out surprisingly nice. Now I am in a lovely home. Also, my insurance policies were thoroughly reviewed. I can feel relieved, regarding my home and hearth, to enter 2026!!!
