What a great help we had from vind makelaardij. We were well helped and guided in the purchase of our new house. This had to be done at a rapid pace. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

quote requested for the sale of our house just where I have to think about costs a few times email traffic and telephone contact with Hans himself he indicated that he understood and would produce a quote he said he would put it through the letterbox a few days later still no quote another email sent I was called by Mr. Jetten whether I had nothing else to do we are giving you a price now and you have to deal with it I asked to do this via email, he says that's not possible, I tell him it to you now and then it’s done and breaks the connection I hope no one ever does business with this realtor again

From the beginning, things didn't run smoothly. The photos weren't good, the description of the house wasn't correct, which they unfortunately had to adjust multiple times. The day it was supposed to go online, the days they had scheduled for viewings, nothing went according to plan. During viewings, customers were told that they were not allowed/couldn’t access the attic while that was not the case. Little communication occurred with us.
