28 Feb 2020Broker is extremely biased. Simply assumes you can't afford certain things and advises you on things you may have already done to check if a value is correct. Just arrogant. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for selling your own home or purchasing one. Response: yes, no doubt about it. That was your office. You questioned my/our financial position in advance. I also gave you feedback on that.

What I find a pity is that real estate agents generally do little for buyers when there are holidays or special days. Many people specifically want to come on an Easter day or a Saturday. Why not take an extra step if you own your own company. No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the brokerage fees in rural areas are clearly higher than in urban areas.

A nice company with very friendly and skilled people who are willing to go the extra mile beyond the 9 to 5 mentality. Short lines, good and easy contact. Every time financing was needed, they also handled the contact with the bank and the accountant well. A brokerage firm with many connections and a good personality. And perhaps most importantly in the real estate world where it often involves a lot of money; reliable people.

03 Feb 2022An extremely bad experience with Brouwer Makelaardij. Brouwer came with a very low appraisal value, which caused problems with the mortgage application. The low value was partly due to gross errors in the appraisal report. For example, an entire floor of the house had disappeared and the sale price of the reference objects was incorrectly corrected, resulting in a difference of 12%. When I contacted them to discuss these shortcomings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by Fabiënne Jager and kept on hold for a long time. I then went to another appraisal agency nearby who were able to appraise quickly and correctly. Ultimately, the appraisal value differed by €95,000 (!) from Brouwer's, which meant that I was fortunately able to get my mortgage.

When purchasing our new build house, we were excellently guided from the start through the entire buying process. Linda is professional and brought a lot of positive energy with her. Besides taking a lot of time to explain the sales process, she was very involved by showing genuine interest in how we experienced living here as sellers. She also gave us a lot of practical tips. 07 Jan 2026I was busy with a rental property. I had been there on a Friday morning, I immediately said yes and was told that I would be called after the weekend for an appointment with the landlord. Afterwards, I wasn't called and had to call myself to find out that there were still 2 people who had registered on Friday after my departure and the landlord wanted to give everyone a fair chance. So it was not true since someone was given priority while I had been first, but it's the landlord's choice and it's her property so okay. But there would be a follow-up if I was to get an appointment or not. This follow-up never happened and the property is now removed from funda. All in all, communication with the real estate agent boertjes is very bad in my opinion.

Our house sold faster than we dared to dream — and that thanks to the great presentation they put on Funda. Everything taken care of down to the last detail. What impressed us most: we were constantly kept informed of every step in the process, and everything went smoothly through consultation. No question was too much, everything quickly via app or phone. Super professional, involved and accessible. 04 Jul 2025Performed a visit for business immovable property. Little enthusiastic gentleman but he said he would come with a proposal. Then doesn't hear anything more, doesn’t call back, tells potential buyer that he knows nothing about it and after months lets them know he doesn't want the job. Does send an invoice though, but for what? How dare you? A bouquet of flowers and apologies would have been better placed. Luckily found a better realtor who does keep appointments but Boelens Jorritsma set him back months. In short: not recommended.
