28 Feb 2020Broker is extremely biased. Simply assumes you can't afford certain things and advises you on things you may have already done to check if a value is correct. Just arrogant. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for selling your own home or purchasing one. Response: yes, no doubt about it. That was your office. You questioned my/our financial position in advance. I also gave you feedback on that.

23 Feb 2025My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisette Van Tilburg as our realtor for our recent home purchase. We came to Lisette in a difficult situation: we needed a house as quickly as possible, because our rental contract expired in two months and we couldn't go anywhere else afterwards. Lisette was clear that it would be a challenging task, especially given the crazy housing market in Amsterdam, but ultimately she more than delivered. Throughout the entire purchasing process, she expertly guided us, from viewings and appraisals to making an offer and the transfer of ownership. As first-time buyers and expats, we had many questions and Lisette was always willing to answer them. We especially appreciated her quick communication. We also felt that she always had our best interests at heart and was never pressured to make bids that didn't make sense for us. Ultimately, our initial offer was accepted after some back and forth with the seller and we bought the perfect starter home for us in just under 7 weeks from our first meeting with Lisette. This despite a problem with our mortgage provider, which she handled as a true professional. For what it's worth: our house was also valued higher than we paid, so the immediate equity gave us the feeling that we had made a good deal. We still can’t believe she could realize this home purchase so quickly and are enormously grateful for her expertise and guidance. A real recommendation!

What I find a pity is that real estate agents generally do little for buyers when there are holidays or special days. Many people specifically want to come on an Easter day or a Saturday. Why not take an extra step if you own your own company. No collective labor agreement restrictions. Another point is that the brokerage fees in rural areas are clearly higher than in urban areas.

The strange thing is that after two weeks they still needed additional information. It concerned two house numbers, which they had also merged into 1 report. A nice company with very friendly and skilled people who are willing to go the extra mile beyond the 9 to 5 mentality. Short lines, good and easy contact. Every time financing was needed, they also handled the contact with the bank and the accountant well. A brokerage firm with many connections and a good personality. And perhaps most importantly in the real estate world where it often involves a lot of money; reliable people.

16 Oct 2021An extremely bad experience with Brouwer Makelaardij. Brouwer came with a very low appraisal value, which caused problems with the mortgage application. The low value was partly due to gross errors in the appraisal report. For example, an entire floor of the house had disappeared and the sale price of the reference objects was incorrectly corrected, resulting in a difference of 12%. When I contacted them to discuss these shortcomings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by Fabiënne Jager and kept on hold for a long time. I then went to another appraisal agency nearby who were able to appraise quickly and correctly. Ultimately, the appraisal value differed by €95,000 (!) from Brouwer's, which meant that I was fortunately able to get my mortgage.

02 Sep 2023Very satisfied with this realtor. The house of my (deceased) brother had to be sold. After telephone contact, we were scheduled for an informative introductory meeting. This was very well prepared and at the end of the conversation everything was clear and we could start immediately. During the purchase process, we were always kept informed via a group app, where we got to know not only the realtor themselves but also other employees directly. In short, everything was arranged well and handled neatly.

02 Sep 2023Linda van Hup & Fidom real estate agents sold our house with full satisfaction. Everything went very smoothly and flawlessly. The biggest plus is the fact that you can simply have 'WhatsApp contact' informally. Even in the evening hours when the real estate office has long been closed, but you are still sitting on the couch with a burning question... you can usually expect a response from her an hour later. Hup & Fidom real estate agents feels more like a good friend/friend who you occasionally 'appt' with and happens to sell your house. Instead of such a stiff, old-fashioned realtor.

In both cases, this was successfully completed within two weeks thanks to my real estate agent Marc Boerma. He is warm and understanding in his interactions and works expertly, efficiently, and quickly when buying and selling. He collaborated on a good coordination between the purchase and sale of the homes. The support from the staff at the office also went flawlessly, because they work quickly and professionally processing all documents, and communication about them takes place in a very friendly manner. Date unknownIf there's a realtor who really does everything to help you, then you should definitely go to Shanice. Even from her vacation, she was working and managed to sell our house in our case! Unfortunately, the buyers didn't deliver! But Shanice remained positive and after a week we had a new buyer and a good offer! And our house was definitively sold! Young lady but very professional! Really recommended!

Date unknownDo not do business with them... Roozeboom was recently hired as the selling agent in the sale of a house. They were informed from the beginning about a dangerous situation around that house, but they completely dismissed it. Subsequently, they knowingly misled the buyer about that situation. After the buyer complained about this (after the purchase), the response was 'you have a duty to investigate'. Because everything about this is in writing, Roozeboom has made herself and especially her client (the seller) legally vulnerable.

Date unknownUnfortunately, made appointments were not kept. As an example, the previously agreed price agreement resulted in an amount upon appraisal. We had to wait a long time for appraisals; when we asked again where the appraisals were, Mrs. suddenly stated that she was still waiting for rental agreements from us. It would have been helpful if she had asked for this earlier, instead of pretending she was working on the appraisals. Moreover, the deadline she mentioned had already passed, and we were waiting for nothing. She also indicated beforehand that she could perform a certain appraisal for €250 extra, which suddenly became impossible after our agreement. In short; never again Rozeboom for us. Response to Rozeboom's reaction; Understandable that you need all the documents. However, it would have been helpful if you had informed us about what you still needed. You made it seem as if you would have it ready by the deadline, only when we contacted you did you start talking about the missing items. It seemed more efficient to us if you had contacted us when there was a lack of documents. When you cannot perform an assignment, it is nice for the customer when you indicate this in advance. In this case, you first made an appointment with us (you were aware of the situation), then after agreement you stated that you could not carry it out. This has cost us valuable time. Again, as described above, these are just a few examples. We tried to have a conversation about the things we ran into during our contact, unfortunately this turned out to be impossible. Also in your reaction now it appears that you mainly defend and are not able to look inward. Good luck with your business, but for us doing business with you is unfortunately over.

First of all, thank you for your review Claudia, it's unfortunate to hear that you experienced our service in this way. Unfortunately, for the speedy and correct processing of reports, we require access to (all) properties for inspection and indeed, the correct documents regarding the objects. Because we did not have access to one of the complexes due to the landlord being on vacation and were awaiting all the correct rental information, we were unable to act as quickly as our average, fast turnaround times. A split was subsequently requested regarding the value of a complex, but other rental income data was sent with it than that received from the selling broker at the time. Because we want to deliver work that is qualitative and reliable according to NVM guidelines, we unfortunately had to decline this assignment. We would of course like to explain things further over a cup of coffee; you are always welcome to come and discuss matters at our office, and we regret that this has resulted in your experience with us being less than desired.

Date unknownPerformed a visit for business immovable property. Little enthusiastic gentleman but he said he would come with a proposal. Then doesn't hear anything more, doesn’t call back, tells potential buyer that he knows nothing about it and after months lets them know he doesn't want the job. Does send an invoice though, but for what? How dare you? A bouquet of flowers and apologies would have been better placed. Luckily found a better realtor who does keep appointments but Boelens Jorritsma set him back months. In short: not recommended.
