So then, after consultation (regarding business matters), Menne Kamp was brought in. This man takes all negotiations off your hands. This resulted in a lower purchase price than we had in mind. 07 Feb 2025Responded to a house on Funda and requested a viewing, nothing heard for 4 days. In the meantime, I had also had my own house digitally valued via a link they sent. Received a phone call with 'You indicated yesterday that you want to sell your house....'. That's not the approach, I want to buy a house and yes, also sell my own. Then it’s just said, 'oh that one has already been sold to an acquaintance of the seller.' So.. no, don't have a good feeling about a real estate agent who approaches clients like that. Do call if you want to sell something, don't respond to requests for viewings.
