17 Mar 2021Excellent communication via email. Would be nice to respond to voicemails sometimes. Don't assume that someone will call back, perhaps it was a customer who wants to sell their house. (which was also the case with friends) They were never called back after leaving two voicemail messages (one too many), so they went to another real estate agent.
