That was pleasant, to the point, and no-nonsense. Gave a good feeling. That was never disappointed. He was active, proactive, and always responded immediately to questions. Promises mountains of gold when he accepts the sales assignment, but afterwards nothing comes of it and the next step is to significantly lower the asking price……….. someone who knows the market, the real estate agent, should know better, in my opinion. It strongly gives the impression that you are being misled with a high selling price while the agent knows that this is not achievable. Subsequently, the asking price is lowered. Very disappointing. We canceled the assignment at the time and went into business with another real estate agent, at a lower commission and with a positive result

24 May 2025Had an open house at Deppenbroek in Enschede during NVM day. We were helped nicely by a realtor from the office and resident of the property. We received a flyer and phone number from Jordie, the realtor for this house. Called the same day because we wanted to make an offer but no answer, which is understandable as it was the weekend. This Jordie never called back. Called the office on Monday to still submit a bid and ask a few questions for the realtor, I was supposed to be called back. No response to my emails from Monday and Wednesday. Called again on Wednesday late afternoon, eventually heard that a bid had been accepted from other people. Our offer wasn't even heard by this agency. Poorly accessible and don’t take interest seriously. I would not recommend it to anyone, perhaps our offer was higher. No good feeling about this office anymore.

After we had viewed several houses and made a number of (too low) offers, we enlisted the help of Jordy. Via move.nl we were quicker to be aware of the offerings. After we became enthusiastic about a property, jordy also visited the property and with his advice we were able to make a suitable offer. Then Mike took care of everything for the mortgage. We were kept well informed at every step and received responses to questions within no time via the WhatsApp group. The insurances that belonged to the house were also quickly arranged. Definitely recommended for first-time homebuyers.

Therefore, we chose to involve both a mortgage advisor (Bart) and a purchasing agent (Nicky and Jordy) from Jahnig & ter Braak. We can only say that we are very satisfied with the way we were helped! They always thought along with us and gave good advice. The short lines were also very pleasant, so we always received quick answers to our questions. It was always possible to communicate with each other. This could be done both by phone and via a group chat on WA. We would therefore recommend Jähnig + Ter Braak to everyone! 😁

There is personal contact, good guidance and short lines via whatsapp. I bought my house from Prisma in 2020 and therefore had no doubt when I wanted to sell this property after 5 years; I want Primsa as my real estate agent. This resulted in a fine, personal and successful sales process.
