The real estate agent quickly took this up and everything was arranged to get everything on Funda within 2 weeks and the house already sold 1.5 weeks later.

13 Mar 2024A disappointing experience. During the second viewing, we didn't speak to the real estate agent: he was on the phone in his car. Given our genuine interest, we started a process with the municipality due to the zoning plan procedure. The information from this real estate agent turned out to be incorrect. Ultimately, we still made an offer. No correct feedback whatsoever. Not even after repeated requests for contact. The communication is extremely poor. Only focused on the selling party, not on the potential buyer. Clearly, it's about the commissions, not the people. A shame!

In addition to a good sales result, which is of course also market-dependent alongside the choice of sales strategy, the real estate agent contributed to pleasant contact, among other things by being very enthusiastic about informing about the result and expectations of viewings. When I recently asked them to review the mortgage with us and see together whether it was still future-proof, I had someone sitting at our table within a week who reviewed it with us and gave some useful/smart tips. In addition, he also set something in motion with the provider for us. A week after the meeting, I received a message asking me to keep him informed of the progress. That's real good service. Not just closing [a mortgage], but also being ready for the customer and supportive even after 17 years!

They aren't the big companies, but they know the local market well. Real estate agent Nicky took us on house viewings and gave practical advice, even about future maintenance. During the bidding process, they advised us on a certain amount without overbidding, which saves a lot of money. Communication can take place in English.
