Date unknownMy lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

17 Jun 2025As a potential buyer, 2 viewings of houses were planned via Teer. Both times prematurely and unilaterally cancelled by Teer with very short notification 'house already sold'. These houses still remain for sale on Funda for weeks. No cooperative or considerate team

The housing market is still very dynamic at the moment, which means properties are sometimes sold very quickly. We guide our clients in choosing what best suits them. It is true that a property remains visible on Funda for some time after sale. This is because the property is not definitively removed from sale until the deed has been signed and the statutory cooling-off period of three working days has elapsed. If you have any questions about the different types of sales procedures or about a specific situation, you can always contact one of our offices.

They are incredibly friendly, take you along to see what they're looking at and it’s also nice that they provide an initial estimate of the value so you don't have to wait for the report, although it was already there the next day. Super great. Highly recommended.
