We could have read that ourselves too. He didn't know how to answer any questions during the viewings. In short, very inexperienced.

Guidance on determining the asking price and whether or not to accept an offer from potential buyers also went very well. 12 Jul 2023I suspect they are quite selective about skin color, tattoos etc. They find guys who act like that appealing. They don't keep to the agreements. All in all, I think it’s a waste of your time.

A disturbing example of how people react when you have to disappoint them. When renting, we have so many candidates that you also have to disappoint many. We experienced this viewing as very positive and nominated you, along with several other candidates, to the landlord. It hurts us a lot how much of this kind of reaction (and this harsh, poorly substantiated comment in particular) we receive when we have to disappoint candidate tenants. It's a shame that such an intense accusation is made without even making one phone call asking why the landlord chose another party.

12 Jul 2022Scammers! Go along as a buyer's agent and say don't do it, too expensive. Afterwards, they speak badly of the owner behind my back to enter into an agreement with them as a selling agent with a higher asking price because the price is too low? Scammers, stay away!!!

12 Jul 2022How easy was it that there was a realtor in a village for a village like Schoondijke when, after much deliberation, I decided to put my house up for sale, the choice of realtor wasn't difficult. Jordy and Remy, young and full of enthusiasm, a team with a completely different approach that fits this time. I gave them a challenge and they were happy to take it on. Within a week my house was sold to a super nice couple.

Group chat via WhatsApp is also easy. Simply good service, good advice and very customer-focused. Reasonable commission. One point for criticism, communication regarding viewings could be a little better. A cancelled viewing appointment was sometimes not visible on the Move website or wasn't passed on via the WhatsApp group chat. But otherwise very satisfied with M2 Makelaars!

They think along with you, remain calm and try to reassure you when you, as a seller, are tense. Even when I was looking for another property, I experienced that they think along with you and do their utmost to find a home that meets your wishes. The sale of my house went very smoothly. I really liked that after a viewing, they let me know how the viewing had gone via a personal video message. M2 real estate agent did well because my house was sold within a short time!😊

18 Apr 2025We, as a young couple, went looking for a nice spot. We knew through our advisor what was possible. The chosen property fell within our budget. Nevertheless, the real estate agent claimed that we couldn't afford it. At least, those were their words. Very disrespectful. Luckily, the house was what we were looking for (with the defects later) because you don't come here for information, service, or professionalism. Our designated real estate agent was practically never present at appointments and unreachable by phone. It was then a colleague or substitute to whom we couldn't ask anything. It seems like just anyone can become a real estate agent. The 'Fair Bidding' process is also just a matter of giving the child a name. We had an agreement, yet they preferred to sell the house to someone else. All's well that ends well for us. But we will never choose Versluijs again and we advise everyone against it.
