A second viewing was also always possible, which we saw as a great added value. It gave us the chance to make a well-considered offer. At the beginning of this year, we were able to purchase a beautiful detached house through Jasper, which we are incredibly happy with. Jasper also took care of the sale of our own home. Every interested party had the opportunity to view the property and submit an offer, as Jasper does not work with viewing stops. We found that a great advantage. The communication throughout the entire process was very pleasant. Jasper is friendly, responds quickly and coordinates everything well with you. In short, we are very satisfied with the collaboration and can wholeheartedly recommend Jasper as a real estate agent!

Jasper Huisman is promoting himself with good photos, a fun video and a good story. He gives his clients the same opportunity and advocates fair bidding. Since we are seriously interested and could potentially have been customers through them on a sales project on our side . I certainly doubt whether the offer was even submitted to the current owner. 28 Oct 2024Responded to a property, we were the highest bidder but the seller wanted us to do a mortgage WITHOUT conditions otherwise the property would go to another party, we asked for 3.5 weeks of postponement but it was not accepted, okay I can accept that. To our surprise, the property is now on Funda WITH conditions and we are already two weeks further. Asked for an explanation but Sjoerd says he sold it, all in all a strange story.

Too bad about this review, the seller did indeed choose a party that had no reservations. As we explained, it takes some time before a deed is signed and then the buyer still has 3 days to reconsider, until that time we leave it as sold subject to conditions. The property was sold via Eerlijk Bieden, so you will also receive insight into the bids.

08 Nov 2024Definitely recommended, the expertise is extremely skilled, knows all markets and therefore provides nice, relevant advice, but also tips in other areas (such as insurance, selling a house etc). Contact was always possible, they are very driven and proactively reach out to inquire whether everything is okay, if they can still be of service to you and if you are still satisfied. That drive sometimes makes it feel like 'a lot', but certainly well-intentioned.

After the first introduction, I felt like I wasn't dealing with a stranger; the communication was friendly and smooth (amicable). During the sales period, they always assisted me with advice and action. This real estate agent is ready for you even outside of regular working hours (no nine to five mentality). If I ever need to find a real estate agent again, I would definitely go with huizenlinq.
