From the first introduction, everything was clear and straightforward; because we had also spoken to two other real estate agents, the choice was quickly made. Appraisal: During the valuation, there was transparent communication about the added value of the property but certainly also the downsides. It was up to us to resolve them, yes or no. Photo and Video: Many useful and good tips before they came to measure the house, take photos, and create a stunning video. We ourselves sometimes wondered after seeing this presentation... and why did we want to move? Listing on Funda: This happened in good consultation; personally, we wanted him to be directly listed on Funda. After consultation, this also happened. You receive a login where you can see how often and when your property is viewed. And that was incredibly much! Viewings: A strange moment when you have to leave your own house because potential buyers are coming to look ;). The visits got going well, which is also due to the network of this real estate agent. Our house was ultimately sold to a family whom he also sold another property to. Preliminary Purchase Agreement: Signing the preliminary purchase agreement with the other party was a pleasant moment. You will eventually hand over the keys to the new residents, we still have contact with them! And all of this happened in the cozy office on Blauwstraat. Financing New Home: During our search for a new home, Stefan Kuipers, the brother of Buuron & Kuipers Real Estate Appraisers, helped us with the financing. They also have this aspect covered! Delivery: A beautiful and exciting moment but they also show that selling your house is not a piece of cake. The week before, they go over everything again to ensure that what was agreed with the buyers remains and what needs to be taken away really goes. Conclusion: Now we are in a top location with a good feeling, but if we were to move, we would completely hand over the sale again to Buuron & Kuipers Real Estate Appraisers.

From the very first meeting to the sale of my apartment, everything went smoothly. Mr. Suijkerbuijk is well informed about supply and demand in the local market. He is honest in his discussions and has a realistic approach to reaching an excellent deal within a short timeframe. If I were to sell another apartment, I would choose Koetsenruyter Real Estate again without any doubt. In short, 5 stars for this professional company. Keep up the good work!

After the sale, Ms. initiated a discussion to have costs she herself incurred reimbursed. At the notary's office, it was emphatically verified that the purchase agreement was approved and that Ms. had every opportunity to inspect the property. She fully agreed with this. Now addressing the broker is a form of misplaced retaliation without reason. This broker is certainly flexible, and the given reaction is nonsense.
