Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met Daan, Djurre en Kick! Ze reageerden ontzettend snel en waren proactief, van het direct inplannen van bezichtigingen tot het geven van strategisch advies waarmee ik mijn nieuwe huis in Amsterdam heb kunnen bemachtigen. De coördinatie voor de inspectie, taxatie en notaris verliep vlekkeloos. Ze hebben zelfs extra hun best gedaan om mijn aannemer eerder toegang te geven. Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad! Djurre is zeer betrouwbaar, deskundig en bekwaam in zijn werk. Hij heeft me enorm geholpen en was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De medewerkers op kantoor communiceerden altijd helder en waren altijd erg behulpzaam. Als ik online een appartement zag dat me beviel, stuurde ik ze de link en regelden ze snel een bezichtiging. Ze waren ook super aardig en vriendelijk. De verschillende documenten die nodig waren, werden altijd tijdig afgehandeld en ik hoefde zelf weinig te doen, alleen de benodigde handtekeningen bij de notaris. Nadat ik het huis had gekregen, legde Djurre het koopcontract uitgebreid aan me uit voordat ik tekende en stond hij altijd klaar om te helpen en mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Voor mij was het kopen van een huis een erg stressvolle ervaring (het was een grote stap en ik deed het helemaal alleen terwijl ik fulltime werkte), maar zij hebben het proces ongelooflijk soepel laten verlopen! Fortunately, we generally didn't need much contact with the real estate agent. However, I do have some feedback for those moments when we did need him. The way of communicating was unfortunately very difficult. It was often unclear, chaotic and slow. In cases where there were defects in the house, for example a leak and a defective thermostat, we as tenants had to resolve this ourselves with the help of a contractor. We often had to pay for this ourselves and later settle it with the rent. The experience became especially unpleasant when we terminated the rental agreement. Making and keeping appointments didn't go as desired. In addition, I also find it very unfortunate that during the checkout, the real estate agent indicated that everything seemed fine from our side. Subsequently, we heard afterwards (when it was too late to take action ourselves) that there were still some comments from the owner in consultation with the real estate agent, which resulted in us not receiving part of the deposit back. This is an unpleasant way of dealing with things and I would recommend doing something about the way of communicating to prevent misunderstandings.
