If only all rental agents were like Koops! Very pleasant and clear communication, friendly staff, and always helpful. Unfortunately, the management of our property was taken over by another agent (who, unlike Koops, does nothing and communicates very poorly) so that Koops is no longer responsible. Nevertheless, Koops still goes out of their way to help us (credits to Chantal).

Last year I rented an apartment through Koops and recently problems arose with the landlord. Koops was extremely helpful, quick and friendly in their response to the situation!
