Good consideration was given during the process and if there was something unclear to me, it was nicely explained to me. The worst real estate agency I have ever seen. Completely incompetent, rude and negligent. I'm amazed they haven't been declared bankrupt yet. Fréderique Luikinga was the agent who had been assigned to our apartment, and she and her team are completely incompetent. They made an unbelievable number of mistakes at every step, but never did anything to offer their apologies or correct the situation. Frederique was late for the viewing, so the tenant showed us the apartment. When we moved in, it was completely dirty. Bosch & Duyn had skipped the cleaning. There were stains everywhere, including food stains on the countertops. There was also trash on the floor. When we told Frederique about the cleaning problems, she screamed at us over the phone: 'If you don't like the state, we'll give the apartment to someone else.' Then they gave us the contract, but there were many typos and other errors in it. They had even misspelled our names. We discovered the errors and reported them, but only a few were corrected. They had to correct the contract five times in a number of weeks after we moved in, and even then there were still errors at the end. And they didn't provide us with a part of the legally required documents, despite our repeatedly asking for them. Now we had problems with the utilities. We didn't know there was a problem, but it turned out that Frederique had received a letter from the utility company two weeks ago, but only two weeks later, the day before the utility company would have given us a fine, she let something slip. Frederique should be immediately fired, because she's a burden and generally just a terrible person. Get rid of her.

Useless. Answered the necessary questions by phone, which indicated that the property would be suitable. Upon arriving at the property, it turns out the current occupant is still present and gives us a half tour, which is fine. Appointment at 16:00 with the real estate agent, arrives at 16:05 and does not show around, but hands over a brochure that I had already found on the website this week. Says nothing about the property and then at 16:10 the bell rings: another viewing. Not communicated to us and we are actually pushed towards the front door to make way for the next appointment. What a disgrace. Not to mention all the other additional rules that are not reported on Funda, but certainly relevant for a tenant.

Wij verkochten ons huis terwijl we zelf in het buitenland al woonde . Matthijs heeft ons super begeleid gedurende het hele proces. Super helpvol, duidelijke en snelle communciatie en hij zette echt die extra stap om ons te helpen. Niks was te gek voor Matthijs. Hij is ook nog eens leuk om mee samen te werken, en hij heeft heel veel kennis van de Haarlemse markt. Zou Matthijs zeker aanraden.

Today I went to an open house viewing of a new construction project, at least that was the intention. Upon arriving at the address from the Funda advertisement, I saw no house. I called the real estate agent to ask where I should go. He himself was not familiar with the object and instructed me to pass on my contact details to his colleague who is on location. It is now 2 hours later and I have still not been called! I find this really not nice.
