Duidelijke afstemming over de schade aan ons huis, waarbij de tegenpartij onbekend was. Dankzij Henk en zijn afstemming met ASR is er een oplossing gekomen voor de kosten en tijdstip van de reparatie. Ook mbt andere verzekeringen van oa. voertuigen is alles perfect geregeld.

HELAAS! Bles & vd Does doet zich sjiek voor, maar besteden financiële zaken uit aan HUISMERK, een goedkoop bedrijf in Noord-Holland. Ondanks ons abonnement bij Bles, kost hypotheekadvies €3500. Er zijn meerdere, onnodige (en kostbare) fouten gemaakt. Documentatie wordt doorgestuurd zonder dit te controleren, waardoor wij het werk van de hypotheekadviseur zelf moesten doen. Ons huis aankopen is gelukt. Slechts twee dagen voor de laatste verlenging lukte het. Onze situatie was makkelijk, we hoefden maar 35% van de aankoopsom te lenen, een hypotheekverstrekker had ik al. Het is dus onvoorstelbaar dat Bles & vd Does er zo'n zooitje van heeft kunnen maken.

Very poorly assisted with obtaining our mortgage. This was pointed out to the owner, but we received no response. Very poor communication, no answer to our phone calls and emails. It took almost 9 months in total before the mortgage was finalized, bizarre!!! This caused a lot of stress. Bad experience with this company, I certainly do not recommend this company for help obtaining a mortgage. The worst thing is that no apology came our way.

Bad 1 word then that's already too much. Our death risk applied far too low, resulting in the possibility of having to sell our house upon death. You don't want this. Due to previous complaints, we were able to have a meeting about it. This conversation lasted only 3 minutes and quickly turned to whether we needed other means from them, such as a statement from RegioBank.

Rarely in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional broker/organization. The communication throughout the process was poor and not transparent. At the front, a family member was talked into a monthly subscription that would cover all costs. After signing, various costs emerged afterwards and were interwoven in strange constructions. Following several conversations where we requested clarification, it was decided to stop all services and products with this club. If you want to be treated properly and pay a fair price, my advice is to go elsewhere.

Been a customer for several years and purchased multiple products. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated over the years. Below are some examples of my experiences in the past year. 1. Personal data was shared with another company without consultation with me. This company would take over activities from BvdD. The extra costs for this of €200,- were initially also charged to me. The costs were not invoiced, as compensation I was told. 2. Costs of the appraiser still appeared on the final bill, while I had already paid these after consultation with BvdD. 3. With two different advisors from this company it was agreed that an insurance policy (taken out via BvdD) would be split. This turned out to be ultimately not possible and caused extra costs. 4. I had to sign documents. I indicated that the content did not match the agreements made. This was vehemently denied. After lodging a complaint and providing evidence (previously sent emails), I was transferred to another advisor. The errors in communication and incomplete advice continued to occur. No apologies were ever made, and written complaints remained unanswered.

Very unfriendly reception by an employee on the phone. We are very interested in a particular house. After 3 weeks, still no mention of 'under offer' or 'sold subject to contract'. As long as that is not stated, there is a chance it hasn't been sold yet, right? Or she didn’t want me to call anymore because it was apparently so obvious... I had indicated that our house could be sold by them. That also wasn't interesting. That's how you do business🙄 Customer service at its best

Financial advisor? Yes for their own wallets! Cheap is expensive at this office! Due to a faulty calculation by Mr. the advisor, we first received an unexpected bill from the notary; we still had to pay an additional 700 euros just before the transfer of our new home, costs that we hadn't accounted for (a mistake in Mr. the advisor’s calculation). Then, six months later, we received another bill, due to extra valuation costs, forwarded (due to a mistake on their part, it had been overlooked). Whether we would like to pay this now. No excuse, absolutely nothing! Yes, I should have checked the settlement with the notary myself. I didn't do that because I assumed they would do so for me for the amount they charged for their advisory fees. In addition, we felt compelled to take out a subscription. We obviously stopped this immediately after the hassle around the unexpected extra invoice. But they continue to deduct the subscription costs. How can you call yourself a financial advisor when you have such poor administrative organization? We should have just gone to De Hypotheker, or something like that; it would have saved us a lot of money. Because this office delivers far below standard!
