In the advertisement placed by JRS via Funda, the service costs of the purchased property were shown to be much lower than they actually were. This has been settled. It was concealed that the service costs would be significantly increased within 2 months after purchase due to the building insurance. This dispute has not yet been resolved after reporting it. Information regarding the internet connection was incorrect. I had to resolve this myself. On the day of the transfer, it turned out that several things were broken that were in order during the viewing before the purchase. I just accepted this and repaired them at my own expense to allow the sale to proceed. Communication with the real estate agent to resolve issues was very difficult. Even after informing the office directly. Dramatic and never experienced anything like it before. No JRS for me next time. Real estate agent JRS and especially Mr. Rippens have deeply disappointed me.
