I found that tiring. (Example: what should I do to prepare for the viewings, what does the final inspection look like, what do they do with the keys)

I am the buying party, and therefore also the one who receives and pays the bill. I was clearly informed at the first viewing about what the costs would be and how it works. Now, before the handover, I still get all the cooperation to check and measure things again before ordering a new kitchen.

I am being let in by people with false promises of having a large network and selling the house quickly. In more than 4 months, nothing was done; they had no clients, no viewings, no sales. Then they would lower the price and continue with the sale. They then themselves removed the advertisement from Funda without consultation. I sent a termination of the agreement with an explanation and mention of default. They sent an invoice for the amount of 2000 euros for work that was not done. Mr. Sjors van Houwelingen, we will see each other in court because I am not planning to pay for nothing. It is a fraud. YOU ARE WARNED ABOUT THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!

I sold my house with the help of GratisVerhuizen real estate agency. I was well assisted and treated politely, just like the people who came to view it. The realtor is clear about the concept. The costs are passed on to the buyer. The costs are a bit high if you don't sell a very expensive property, compared to what other realtors ask. But for me, it worked.

Dear people, this concept is not what it seems. They claim to pass the costs on to the buyer, that's their story, but ultimately the seller receives less than the actual selling price. Thus, they profit twice from THEIR CONSTRUCTION. Don't be tempted by this construction. Go to a reputable real estate agent.

Initially, the story sounded good. Due to serious private circumstances, there was an urgency to sell and limited energy to organize much. This broker really handled things very badly for us. The photos were very bad, supposedly the best photographer in the Netherlands?? Total mismatch with the viewers and the house. This broker has no network in our neighborhood. I would describe his approach as amateurish. I had to fill things in on an Excel sheet, which is very awkward and not of this time. All brokers work with an online environment. This broker is nowhere accountable; it cost us a lot of time and money and we have to start again while it was clear that we didn't have that time. This broker knows how to twist things so that ultimately it’s all the customer’s fault. Their website states how many houses they have sold, which is particularly little. Our advice is to think very carefully before entering into a partnership with this broker. After we posted this review, there was a response from the broker. For a moment, we thought the broker would take responsibility for his share in the disappointing result. On the contrary, he threatens with collection etc. In the meantime, we know via the new broker that there is a complaint from one of the potential buyers about the bad experience with this broker. Had decided not to make an offer for that reason and luckily now do. This broker does not hesitate to proclaim untruths in his favor, which can be read in his response to this review! Again, this broker is affiliated with nothing; you cannot file a complaint and cannot handle feedback! We immediately let them know that the photos were bad, and Sjors said it wasn’t so bad that they could still be used. Our lesson is that we will work with qualified brokers from now on who can demonstrably do their job well.

Free Moving Real Estate excellent realtor. We sold our house subject to conditions. No realtor fees incurred. We found it quite exciting because it wasn't a standard realtor but were very happy with the choice. The viewing days were perfectly arranged, it was ready in 2 days. A small, young team and harder workers. So yes, I would certainly recommend Free Moving, especially to have your house sold in this market. For high realtor fees that we didn’t have, we can now buy something nice for our new home. Sjors and team, thank you!

What a disgraceful real estate agency this is. A realtor came to our house to see if they could take it on sale. After a pleasant conversation and 1.5 hours of our time, they made all sorts of promises about a sales strategy, etc. Less than two hours later I was called by the real estate agency, asking if we wanted to make an appointment for a meeting. Uh, yes, hasn't someone from you just been here? After the receptionist came to the same conclusion, they hung up again. Strange. Then on the agreed day we did not receive any email with a sales strategy or any message. Three days later than agreed, there came an annoying phone call with the amount our house would be worth. Everything else would also come to the email soon. You already guess it, we never received that email again. How someone with a commission in their pocket can walk away from the job and still not get it by messing it up themselves. This is clearly not the reliable real estate agent we are looking for.

Due to financing we needed a valuation quickly. Could be done reasonably fast. The fee turned out to be higher due to the size of the house. That was not immediately clear via the price comparison website - the first contact was reported anyway. But take note of that if you have a larger house and choose an appraiser!
