Ik huurde een klein zolderappartement in Den Haag van M. Wessels. Ik geef 5 sterren omdat Wessels goed reageerde, altijd mijn vragen beantwoordde en problemen in het appartement oploste. Hij was open over de huurovereenkomst en vroeg een borg van twee keer de maandhuur, wat veel was, maar dat werd na afloop van de huurperiode terugbetaald. Hij leek eerlijk en betrouwbaar.
