'She didn’t have time for that' Despite the fact that we have been looking for a house to buy for some time, I have never met such an arrogant real estate agent! From the moment we got out of the car, a very unpleasant atmosphere arose. We were 6 people and wanted to go inside in groups of 2 independently. Mrs. the real estate agent didn’t have any time for that at all; she only had half an hour. When we indicated that 10 minutes per 2 would also be fine, she wouldn't cooperate either. She didn’t have time, Mrs. the real estate agent. Out of desperation, we just left without viewing the property!

Very good and pleasant realtor. Both in the run-up to the viewings as well as the information we received from her after the viewings, we were very well informed and kept up to date. Throughout the entire sales process, the realtor stood by our side, listened carefully to our wishes and provided expert and objective advice. Nothing but praise for Kooyman Eigen Huis. As a starter on the housing market, after searching for a long time, I finally found an apartment that was still available and where I could schedule a viewing. I was helped by Julie, which I experienced as pleasant. Julie gave me a professional impression and she knew all the ins and outs of the property. Info about the VVE (Homeowners Association), construction plans in the area, advance payment for heating costs, and the history of the building. Basically everything you need to know. Anyway, I made an offer and bought the apartment. Also, during the process, measurement moments and extra viewings were no problem, and here too I was helped kindly. Later, during the handover of the garage box, there was something wrong. The garage box differed from the viewed garage box in terms of finishing level. The real estate agent could not have known this because the keys were not available from the selling party. No hassle, no complaints, Mr. Kooyman himself proactively contacted me and came by within 48 hours with a contractor to assess and discuss how the problem could be solved. We are now 3 weeks further and the contractor has finished and panelled the garage box at top level. Friendly people who also updated some points in the house. I would recommend Kooyman to everyone, they have gained an ambassador from me.

What an arrogant woman works there, we had a house viewing and she acted as if we wanted to steal something from the house, we absolutely had to start from upstairs and follow her when she wanted, she didn't let us look properly because she had to talk so much you had to listen to her, it seemed like she was hiding something. Inexperienced arrogant woman. I hope for the people that they don't get her during a house viewing.

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong. Had to call often to sort things out. Got the impression that the realtor was more occupied with the buyer than with me as their client. Did not get all the offers through. In the end, I had to get involved myself with the sale, and fortunately that did go well.

The phone is always answered politely and time is definitely taken to calmly discuss everything with you. The office manager already knows your name and which house the conversation will be about. She is aware of the most current situation and therefore doesn't just pass on all questions, unlike other real estate agencies. Another major plus point of Zomerhof Muys is that appointments can be made quickly and often at short notice for things like viewing a property. This makes the chance of missing out on your dream house much smaller. They try to plan all appointments as well as possible in order to serve everyone. During our viewings, Wiljan Mookhoek always assisted us. He knows what to look for, but has also researched the house we were going to view beforehand. You notice this in the targeted questions he asks the seller and about letters that the municipality has sent, for example about raising the street level. After the viewing, he also listens carefully to the comments we had about the property in question and together we determined the purchase strategy. Wiljan clearly doesn't have a 9 to 5 mentality. He is easily accessible via email, phone and WhatsApp. Even at times when we didn’t expect it from him, such as weekends and his own vacation.
