Nick was de verkoopmakelaar van verkopende partij. Tijdens aankoop bezichtiging, eerste prettige kennismaking. Het aankooptraject verliep transparant heel soepel. Een betrouwbaar. Al gauw benaderd voor het verkoop traject van mijn huis. Vanaf 1e kennismaking duidelijke info, transparant, vlotte betrouwbare planning .....in feite alles SUPER van begin tot eind!! Nogmaals dank voor alle support.

Wij zijn tevreden met de verkoop van onze woning via Woonhub Makelaars. Gesprek en communicatie via Nick liep helder en vlot. Nick dacht altijd goed met ons mee, en hield ons goed op de hoogte. Ons huis stond snel online en ook de foto’s en video’s waren zeer mooi.

Ga hier a.u.b. niet mee in zee, ver van weg blijven ! Makelaar Nick van der Velden doet zich in eerste instantie voor als een gedegen makelaar maar heeft absoluut geen verstand van zaken. Bij diverse bezichtigingen ronduit schofterig behandeld. Een bieding gedaan welke 25k hoger lag dan nummer 2 (zie logboek) l. Met een smoes (naar zegge vanuit de verkopers) afgewimpeld worden om het vervolgens aan een bevriende huisjes flipper door te verkopen…! Absoluut een onbekwaam persoon met een dubbele agenda, let hiermee op!

A good realtor keeps appointments and my house was sold in 3 weeks!

Searching for a real estate agent regarding the intention to sell our own home, we invited three agents for a consultation. One agent damaged the freshly painted walls twice, and the other came completely unprepared. Nick, however, had done his “homework”. After the detailed and informative conversation, we chose to go with WoonHub. The property was sold within a very short timeframe, at a very nice market-conform price by Nick (& his colleagues). In short, I am happy with it! Why not 5 stars then?! The only point for improvement that I can suggest is the communication after viewings. I understand that this is a professional conversation for a real estate agent. However, for the selling party, perhaps more feeling is involved…

Called 3 times for a house before it came on the market. They promise to call back but didn't do so... then I called them again while the house was also listed on Funda with the disappointing message that it was also sold.

There you stand… A baby boom and an apartment that has sustained significant fire damage to sell. You would have preferred to sell the property yesterday but you will have to make do with what you have. I decided to contact five real estate agents to see who I could best work with. Two were quite nice, one was only concerned with his own portfolio, and one stood out above the rest. I was called by Nick from Woonhub Real Estate and he knew how to sell his service excellently. Let’s be honest, that's what you want, of course. You want a real estate agent to be good at selling because your house also needs to be sold. Where other agents saw problems regarding the timeframe, restoration work, and selling a house with fire damage, Nick came up with solutions. For example, he suggested hiring a photographer who could create 3D models of what the damaged rooms would look like after restoration. Ik kwam hier pas na drie weken achter, na lang wachten, ondanks dat ik ze meerdere keren had gebeld en gemaild. Eerst zeiden ze dat iemand anders een hoger bod had uitgebracht en nadat ik dreigde een negatieve recensie te schrijven, vertelden ze ons uiteindelijk dat we het hoogste bod hadden, maar dat ze hadden besloten de woning onder andere voorwaarden aan iemand anders te geven. Dit is een zeer oneerlijke situatie die ons het gevoel geeft dat we zijn bedrogen en gemanipuleerd.
