Goed contact met makelaar. Professionele informatie over de markt, heeft wel geholpen, maar niet bouwkundig / technisch genoeg met betrekking tot de woning. Veel makelaars jargon, weinig inhoudelijk kennis. Heeft bij oplevering van de van woning een steek laten vallen.

Prettige en kundige verkoop. Professionele communicatie en kan snel handelen bij de verkoop. Organisatorisch kan het makelaars kantoor wel iets beter of moderner.

Snelle verkoop, door goede strategie. Wel wat wisselend in aanpak doordat het huis erg in trek was en we hierdoor snel moesten schakelen en beslissen.

Get an appraisal of the new home done by KBA. Jurrian took the time beforehand to explain everything over the phone. Thought along about a positive outcome. Went through the entire house during the appraisal. Clearly understands the subject matter. Also took the time to give tips afterwards regarding renovation. And the appraisal turned out high as we wanted. And then due to our own mistake, we had to contact them again, and Jurrian is also quick to act and think along. Truly top service, definitely get your appraisal done by them!!!

They don't pick up their phone, if they call you back, they quickly hang up because they're busy with a viewing and promise to call back, but don't. Eventually, after 15 calls, you get through and they say that you can't view the house because it's full. Terrible service, they know they don't have to help you because the housing market is busy, so the house will be sold anyway.
