Contact with René (1 of the few brokers) is wonderfully informal and he does his job as my selling broker very well. Especially nice that he is easy to reach and, together with me, thoroughly reviewed the entire questionnaire when I indicated that some questions were unclear to me. Also appreciated that he quoted a fixed amount upfront for costs; he didn't work with a bonus based on sale price or asking price. He works with a photographer who collaborated perfectly with me to get my apartment photographed as well as possible. Very satisfied! There were, however, a few rounds of feedback needed regarding the documentation of the 'list of items' (the items that are included/not included/optional for takeover). I received this as printed paper to fill in and the photographer digitized it. During digitization, several things went wrong, and there were multiple rounds of feedback. In my case, I would have preferred to do this digitally, or I would have liked to see the final version before it was printed in the brochure so that I could still point out the last mistake; 'mounted shelves storage' was written as 'mounted shelfstorage'. But if that’s the worst thing, then everything went well overall 😜
