26 May 2025Since we are going to renovate our house, we needed an appraisal report. Within a week, Leander was already at our door for the appraisal. The contact was very pleasant and we even received some nice tips that we can really use. A day later, we already had the appraisal report in hand. Where you have to wait weeks with others, it is incredibly fast with Heutinck. However, there was something in the report about possible soil contamination which was incorrect. This was absolutely not the fault of Heutinck, but something that was wrong with the municipality. We then contacted Heutinck again and they corrected the appraisal report with supporting evidence. A few hours later we were able to receive the new report again. Truly top service!!!

I received an expert and especially friendly approach right away! I felt like a customer again instead of a number (as I have experienced with many real estate agents during my home search). Fortunately, there is still a realtor who, even in this overheated market, puts the customer first and (not entirely unimportant) their commitment leads to a good result.
