Be careful, I have had a lot of problems with this company. We filed an official complaint with the nvm. Incorrect names in the report, which we had to wait almost 4 weeks for, sloppy work and very low valuation amounts. We lost a lot of money and due to their actions our purchase did not go through. I also relied on the reviews, but I wonder if they are even legitimate.

We absolutely do not feel taken seriously. They don't keep appointments. Very unprofessional. You make an appointment for an appraisal, and the gentleman casually cancels a few hours beforehand. Reason: they already have plenty of work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our agenda for this appointment. Which now will not take place. Wasted effort and a waste of our time.

Meanwhile, the second mortgage through Boekelo, for the second new-build home. We are always helped correctly and expertly with attention to our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments are processed well. With the second mortgage, all loan components and various options were discussed with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without problems and notary because the advice was good initially, therefore saving notary fees. We will definitely arrange our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.

The asking price was overestimated by the real estate agent. The holiday home was sold approximately 25% below the asking price. Because there were no comparable recreational properties, this is not to be blamed on the real estate agent. In addition to brokerage fees of almost 2%, start-up costs were also charged.

Extremely friendly realtor, easily accessible, approach calm and measured, there was no negotiation (per final bid), the remaining handling turned out to be apparently all in order, so all in all it gave us a sense of security in this process that was unknown to us, but we did find it somewhat expensive afterwards. The contact was good though. The expectations were high and full of confidence regarding a quick sale and a beautiful selling price due to the introductory meeting. Unfortunately, little came of all the predictions and “with certainty above the asking price”. It started with many viewers on funda and also reasonable attendance of viewers who wanted to see the house. The eventual buyers did want it, but hadn't yet put their own house up for sale and therefore wanted a suspensive condition that they would receive...
