We had to travel over an hour there, from Flevoland, and another hour back through the storm. DO NOT TAKE THE ROAD (rijkswaterstaat). Called a number of hours before the viewing for consultation with the realtor. Unfortunately, this realtor did not offer an alternative.

Not only the advantages but also the points of attention were honestly mentioned beforehand. We were given plenty of room for (multiple) viewings and treated correctly and well.
