After we contacted them again, we were told that the viewing days were already full. After a negative review, we were called and suddenly could come for a viewing; we declined this as it is not an acceptable way of doing business. We are very disappointed in this company.

27 Aug 2022Dear visitor, I have been in contact with this broker regarding a property in Goor. A few days later, I conducted a viewing as agreed. The sale naturally took place via bidding, where everyone could submit an offer by a certain deadline. I submitted my bid by phone and was told it would be discussed with the owner; so far, everything went very smoothly. Until I was called back and abruptly told that my bid was not enough and that it was bad luck. I had offered to negotiate and asked if there were no options or if I could be told what the offer was for. Nothing could be said, only 'unfortunately and good luck'. I found this quite strange, so I did some further research. It turned out that this broker awarded the property to someone else for a few euros more; therefore, there was no fair process.
