He gave us more information about the area and our options than any other agent, and was generally just very honest about everything. He is also the only agent who does viewings in the evening or on weekends, which was very convenient. He even contacted us when he had another property that he thought would suit us. He definitely has the buyer's interest at heart and is extremely trustworthy. He called us himself when a property we viewed received an offer from someone else so that we might also make an offer. 06 Aug 2025After being called as one of the first to schedule an appointment to view 2 houses in Haaksbergen, they were supposed to contact us, which they didn't. After we contacted them again, we were told that the viewing days were already full. After a negative review, we were called and suddenly could come for a viewing; we declined this as it is not an acceptable way of doing business. We are very disappointed in this company.

15 Dec 2021Dear visitor, I have been in contact with this broker regarding a property in Goor. A few days later, I conducted a viewing as agreed. The sale naturally took place via bidding, where everyone could submit an offer by a certain deadline. I submitted my bid by phone and was told it would be discussed with the owner; so far, everything went very smoothly. Until I was called back and abruptly told that my bid was not enough and that it was bad luck. I had offered to negotiate and asked if there were no options or if I could be told what the offer was for. Nothing could be said, only 'unfortunately and good luck'. I found this quite strange, so I did some further research. It turned out that this broker awarded the property to someone else for a few euros more; therefore, there was no fair process. This is of course unacceptable, especially in this overvalued housing market. For myself, I have decided not to do business with them anymore, unfortunately.
