We have never encountered a real estate agent like Gerald. His enthusiasm and personal approach were truly special. Instead of simply letting us “look around,” as we were used to with previous agents, Gerald showed us around as if it were his own home. He took the time to make us feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. It felt as though he was genuinely involved and not just completing a viewing. Unfortunately, the location of this property wasn’t what my wife wanted, but Gerald gave us a great tip to register on a website. That has given us new energy in our search for a house. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. When determining the energy label, we were not aware that receipts for insulation etc. would be requested. We would have preferred to look this up in advance rather than afterwards. In that sense, Leuk Makelaars is always willing to think along. We took the photos twice. Leuk was also prepared to come back a second time because we weren't completely satisfied with part of the photos. All in all, a good experience and we were able to sell our apartment well.
