Afterwards we met Melle in Lelystad for an appointment; it was a very nice and knowledgeable conversation. He knows his business well and is extremely professional, kind, and considerate. 07 Sep 2025Had a viewing today in Lelystad. We arrived at the viewing and the advisor who presents himself as an agent named Melle opened the door and said we could look around the property. He then continuously looked at his phone and couldn't answer any questions about the house. Very uninterested. At the end of our viewing, we asked some questions including whether they operate under a NVM contract. When the agent asks why we want to know this, we explain it is because of the condition of the house regarding hidden defects. We mention that this is also why we would like to make an offer (not much below the asking price). Melle gets irritated immediately and stands up. He insults his clients saying they are crazy and slams the door in our faces. Beware of this agency! They will keep you informed about where you stand. And Melle, for your information!! I would definitely recommend a customer service course for you. There is still so much to learn for you.

A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

30 Sep 2025Remco pretends to hope, makes big promises, but delivers little to nothing. The sale of my apartment went poorly and resulted in a loss of 27k. The purchase agency services he also does not deliver. Remco should have switched with the selling agent and given me as a buyer timely accurate bidding advice. Remco was not reachable at the moment it mattered. I therefore did not pay for his purchase services, he readily agreed to that, because he also realized that he did not deliver what he promised. The fact that the sale of my apartment went wrong, because he was unable to establish a binding sales agreement (financing), is something I will never forget. Legally attempted to hold him accountable for this. But then Remco throws it back on the fact that I received the sales agreement for review before it was passed on to the selling party. So it's my own fault? Where did I go wrong in my opinion? You take an 'expert' into your arms, who represents you, to prevent the above mentioned errors. Now Remco does it; because he offered the sales agreement for review in advance, and I agreed to that. Didn't I just hire an expert for that and paid for it? In short; if you want value for your money, and a real estate agent who actually represents his clients? Then I recommend you to look for someone else. There are enough alternatives in the vicinity of Tilburg! Think carefully, and choose another one, for yourself, your emotional state and naturally the end result. Remco will not admit his mistakes and hides behind his legal advisor. In the end he sends back the key to your home via post. Personal contact he avoids. This, in my opinion, already says enough. All in all, the advice is clear to me. Look for someone who does make an effort and does not act in his own interest! Never again Remco Olden Lommers Real Estate! More information and communication I will share freely with interested parties.

29 Jul 2025*Van Liessum: a real estate agent who truly thinks along with you* When we decided to sell our house, we knew we wanted an agent who is not only professional but also involved. Van Liessum turned out to be exactly that. From the first contact, it felt familiar—a no-nonsense approach, clear communication, and a warm manner. What we greatly appreciated was that *they were always accessible*, even on Sunday. That gave us the feeling that we were never alone. Throughout the entire process, we were *kept well informed in a timely manner*, so we knew exactly what to expect. What genuinely made us happy was that *the buyers also told us how pleasant they found the contact*. That says a lot about Van Liessum's attitude: honest, clear, and friendly towards all parties. All appointments we made were *always kept without exception*. In an exciting period, this gave peace of mind and confidence. 29 May 2025Our experience in a few keywords: expert, collaborative, clear, very pleasant to deal with and always available for questions. In short: great to work with! Too many brokers promise their clients mountains of gold and therefore secure the assignment. Andrew remains realistic with his excellent knowledge of the market, however, tempering high expectations when they exist. Striking is the genuine commitment from the awareness that selling and buying your 'home' has a considerable impact on you as a person.

29 Nov 2024We are happy with van Liessum. Van Liessum sold us a house four years ago and it already felt so familiar that we engaged them four years later to sell the house again. The real estate agent communicates quickly and correctly. Andrew even responded while he was on vacation. Very neat. Moreover, he comes across as relaxed, natural and reliable. No slick and exaggerated 'popie-jopie' practices therefore, but just a solid realtor style. The photos were also beautiful. The process further proceeded smoothly. Uploading documentation via the Move platform is also easy and largely automated. After viewings, we received a neat summary of how it went in the Move platform and via WhatsApp. Van Liessum has, as far as I can see, three employees, including the owner. As far as I am concerned, this is an advantage because you always have contact with the same familiar people. Our house was sold within 7 working days with tightly planned viewing days in good consultation. Top experience. Recommended!
