Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Vind How well you organized and arranged everything, we are very happy with your help and that’s how we had just a little more peace. Thanks again.

The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

The broker who took over our property visited for the first time on the day of sale, without any attention to the buyer or us as sellers, did not accompany us to the notary, and the 'for sale' sign was still in the garden a month later, which we had to follow up on ourselves.

12 Dec 2023Bert is a very nice and engaged real estate agent. He had a beautiful and realistic sales plan, and Connect makelaars shared the same approach as to how we wanted the sale to proceed. No pressure tactics on potential buyers with an (up) bidding strategy. But just the 'old-fashioned' way. People could simply view in individual appointments at their leisure, and with the person who made the first offer, we also closed the deal the very next day. Good is …
