What a great help we had from vind makelaardij. We were well helped and guided in the purchase of our new house. This had to be done at a rapid pace. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Vind How well you organized and arranged everything, we are very happy with your help and that’s how we had just a little more peace. Thanks again.

Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

Very friendly, unfortunately only the first appointment, a quarter of an hour before the viewing by the real estate agent, was cancelled and at the newly scheduled appointment, there was absolutely no sign of the real estate agent. It couldn't be resolved, just schedule a new appointment?!?!?

Our sales broker was excellent, expertly marketed and sold our property. Unfortunately, he switched employers just before the transfer date, and some corners were cut as a result. The broker who took over our property visited for the first time on the day of sale, without any attention to the buyer or us as sellers, did not accompany us to the notary, and the 'for sale' sign was still in the garden a month later, which we had to follow up on ourselves.
