Bijzonder prettige makelaar. Transparant en denkt mee. Goede kennis van zaken. Duidelijk dat deze makelaar reeds jaren (>20 jaar) van ervaring heeft in Amsterdam. Resultaat van hulp bij de verkoop mocht er zijn. Ook bij de aankoop 17 jaar (!) geleden was de ervaring ver boven de norm. Geen twijfel over wie ik als makelaar in Amsterdam zou inschakelen.

Vanaf het begin was Thomas nauw betrokken bij onze zoektocht. Hij nam de tijd om ons goed te leren kennen en begreep al snel waar we naar op zoek waren. In recent years, various homes have been bought/sold through Babs Persoons, but the promised cure and pay was never repaid. During the sale of a property, start-up costs were charged. These were paid but not refunded upon the final sale !. However, the invoice for start-up costs was re-presented to the notary for payment when selling the apartment. This invoice was then withdrawn, but the outstanding start-up costs (eur 900) that I paid have never been reimbursed. There has been consultation about this, but no reimbursement. A negative point regarding the experience with Mr. R.HEEMSKERK and Babs Persoons.

Peter Jurgens of Babs Persoons is an exceptionally professional real estate agent who was always well informed, quick to respond and who had an excellent knowledge of the Amsterdam housing market. He always gave me his honest opinion on how to react with various buyers and despite several setbacks with the property itself brought the sale to a positive conclusion for all parties.
