Truly no good word for Home 4 You. <span class='text-oranje-500'>Home 4 You</span> asked us to submit documents that they should have presented to us themselves. Less than 24 hours after we sent them, they terminated the purchase process without giving a reason. They played and misled us. Buyers beware! Update November 14, 2023: The broker calls to 'amicably' ask to remove the above review. He shows no remorse or responsibility for the experience we had with this broker. He also cannot give an acceptable argument to remove the review. After repeated explanations that our experience is what it is and that I still stand by the review, the conversation once again reveals that this broker communicates very laboriously and puts his own interests first. All he cared about was removing the negative review without any expression of having learned something or thinking about why someone takes the time and effort to write such a review. When I indicated that I would also include the phone call in the review, the response was that he would anticipate it and that I would see what would happen... I repeat my previous advice to buyers: be warned! This broker did not have our best interests at heart, possibly not yours either.

What a clumsy and rude realtor! My wife had made an appointment for a viewing and was punctually on time at the property. At that moment, no one to be seen, and ten minutes after the agreed-upon time, she just rang the doorbell. This realtor turned out to be already inside with other viewers, which is not a problem in itself. Except that it was literally dog weather outside, so my wife was standing in the pouring rain. The realtor literally says 'I'll be right back' and closes the front door again immediately. Not very gallant, and certainly not when more than fifteen minutes later the front door still didn't open. Of course, my wife went home after waiting so long. The office hasn't heard from them either. As far as I'm concerned, they can go to hell.

Unfortunately, we have had a less positive experience with this real estate agency. We dealt with Vincent during the viewing/negotiation of a property. Information provision regarding the property was mediocre and even somewhat unprofessional. Communication left much to be desired.
