Richard, the realtor who accompanied us, could have been a bit sharper (also certainly in terms of being on time for viewings). In the end, the sales deed was signed on 29-8-2025. It is now 23-10-2025 and we have (apart from a message 'Deed is signed') heard nothing more from the realtor. The realtor should have kept us informed about the deposit being paid to the notary and that also did not happen... A pity...

We had a very bad experience with TW3. They provided the buyer's guidance for our new build house. For the finishing touches, we also received a quote for the floors and walls. This looked good and we gave the order. After installing the PVC floor, things went wrong. Mold appeared all over the house between the egaline and the PVC floor, which caused spots to appear on the PVC from underneath. TW3 want nothing to do with it and point to the floor layers they sent. They take the money but leave you hanging when problems arise.

I called to inquire about the accommodation, but the staff hung up. When I tried to call back, no one answered. Very unprofessional.
