The viewing date was booked. Despite her being one of the first callers, her appointment was only scheduled a week later. A day before the viewing she was then called that it was too full and her appointment had to be scheduled a week later. Two days before that appointment she was called that she no longer needed to come because there were already several offers in the meantime. We are very disappointed with this way of doing things.
