We viewed a house in Oegstgeest. Mr. Losecaat was the real estate agent who conducted the viewing. We immediately had a positive feeling about the house and were seriously interested. After the viewing, we asked Mr. Losecaat what the procedure was regarding making an offer. He said that it was vacation period and there was no rush. The next two weeks still had viewings scheduled. The agreement was that we would wait until the real estate agent was done with the viewings and back from vacation. Via our purchasing real estate agent, an appointment was scheduled for the second viewing, on advice from Mr. Losecaat, since he knew this real estate agent. After that, the agreement was that we could make an offer. On Friday after their office hours, we received a short email stating that the appointment for the viewing was canceled because they had selected a buyer! Therefore, we were very surprised because we had been told exactly the opposite: wait it out, you will hear from us. This is very unprofessional and not transparent. No trust in this real estate agent. If he had said after the first viewing that you can make an offer, we would have done so as well. Not fair and does not follow through on agreements. Very unfortunate this...

Kan prima video’s en foto’s laten maken voor funda van een object. Heb de afgelopen periode vervelende ervaringen opgelopen bij aankoop/verkoop zaken buiten haar kennis gebied (Jacqueline kent eigenlijk alleen de Nieuw Vennep markt) samen met mijn partner. We hebben met verkoop van vastgoed zeer grote risico’s gelopen met haar. Ik adviseer met de ervaringen: Overweeg en onderzoek eigen verkoop zonder makelaar. Snap niet veel van de positieve reacties alhier, ik vind ze verdacht. Zeer teleurgesteld achteraf en zeker niet aan te raden.

Zeer teleurgesteld over dienstverlening van Jacqueline Weijers tijdens verkoop van mijn woning in Amsterdam-Noord. Jacqueline heeft opdracht tot verkoop genomen zonder, zo blijkt achteraf, enige kennis van de Amsterdamse woningmarkt. Haar inschatting en advies van de verkoopprijs van de woning was veel lager dan uit het officiële taxatierapport bleek en ook de uiteindelijk daadwerkelijke verkoopprijs. Zij is hierover nooit in gesprek met ons gegaan. Inzet en persoonlijke benadering viel ook erg tegen, uit 3 kijkdagen is ze zelf maar 1 dag aanwezig geweest, 2de dag werd door willekeurige (voor ons onbekende) makelaar verzorgd en de 3de dag hebben we zelf rondleiding gegeven, in feite heeft mijn man het huis verkocht. Ondanks haar, voor ons slechte dienstverlening wist Jacqueline Weijers de onredelijk hoge makelaarskosten in rekening te brengen - bijna 14.000= alleen voor advertentie op Funda te plaatsen en 1 kijkdag te verzorgen. Deze heeft zij daarbij zonder eerste inzage en medeweten naar de notaris verstuurd. Ik voel me letterlijk opgelicht door deze persoon. Ik raad het ten zeerste af om gebruik van haar diensten te maken buiten haar woongebied Nieuw-Vennep door haar beperkte kennis van de markten in andere regio’s.

Ik werd door iemand van Weijers Makelaardij gebeld en werd niet netjes behandeld. Een vrouw was boos dat ik niet naar de bezichtiging was gekomen, terwijl ik geen uitnodiging had ontvangen. Haar woorden: "Je hebt je 2 weken geleden ook afgemeld van de bezichtiging". Ik heb het recht om de bezichtiging van het huis van tevoren te annuleren maar zij was helemaal boos en zei "ok doei ik weet alles". Ik ben helemaal verbaasd. Wat een onprofessionele aanpak.

Wij zijn ontzettend goed geholpen door Jacqueline Weijers bij de verkoop van ons huis aan de Grinthof 5 in Hillegom. Een huis verkopen is vaak een grote stap in je leven en dus best spannend — en vaak ook een tikkeltje stressvol. Daarom zijn we haar heel dankbaar voor haar expertise, haar rust, haar eerlijke advies en het meedenken gedurende het hele proces. Jacqueline begon met een fijn en duidelijk oriëntatiegesprek, waarin ze uitlegde hoe ze werkt en wat een slimme manier is om je huis in de markt te zetten. Ze schakelde bovendien ontzettend snel. Wij gingen namelijk bijna op vakantie en binnen twee weken nadat we haar hadden benaderd, stond ons huis al op Funda. Nog vóór de vakantie was alles geregeld: de fotograaf was ingepland, er zijn professionele foto’s en video’s gemaakt en Jacqueline is één van de weinige makelaars die zelf ook in beeld komt en iets vertelt over de woning. Daarnaast werd alles strak ingemeten en netjes voorbereid, zodat het huis optimaal op Funda kon worden gepresenteerd. Wat wij als heel prettig hebben ervaren, is dat het contact heel persoonlijk is. Je hebt echt met één persoon te maken. Zeker als je op vakantie bent, is dat ideaal: Jacqueline doet zelf alle bezichtigingen, terwijl je maar één keer alles hoeft op te ruimen — en je geen onbekende mensen over de vloer krijgt. Na afloop belt ze altijd netjes om terug te koppelen wie er zijn geweest en hoe de bezichtigingen en biedingen zijn verlopen. Ze denkt ook heel goed mee over de verkoopprijs. Ik wilde zelf eigenlijk iets hoger inzetten, maar Jacqueline adviseerde om iets lager te beginnen om meer mensen aan te trekken. Ik ben meegegaan in haar expertise — en dat heeft fantastisch uitgepakt. Kortom: ben je op zoek naar een fijne, persoonlijke makelaar die realistisch waarde inschat, snel schakelt en niet werkt vanuit een groot, onpersoonlijk kantoor, dan kan ik Jacqueline van harte aanbevelen.

I had a thoroughly negative experience with this real estate agent. There was an agreement on the selling price — confirmed by the agent himself — but shortly after, the sale was stopped as soon as I asked a reasonable and simple question: whether proof could be provided of the supposedly completed specialist work (“waterproof putty”) in the basement, where a moisture problem would have been solved. Instead of showing transparency or reviewing documentation, the file was abruptly closed with the excuse that the seller “had to move on” and there might be more money to be had elsewhere. That says it all. For the agent to now try to dismiss this as a matter of “feeling” or “my choice” is misleading. The fact remains that there was an oral agreement, confirmed through communication, and the sale was terminated when I asked for proof of work that they claimed to have done themselves. This behavior speaks little of integrity, is unprofessional, and undermines the trust you as a buyer may have in an NVM real estate agent. A clear warning for me: if difficult questions are raised, this agent does not choose honesty but rather runs away from them. Very disappointing and an experience I would wish on no one.
