Joek is definitely not an average real estate agent. First of all, the way he presents and transforms an apartment is exceptional. From styling to photography, everything is done with such care and taste that the property truly looks spectacular. It immediately distinguishes the property from the rest. Second, his work ethic is excellent. The communication was effortless, relaxed, and he responded incredibly quickly – often via WhatsApp, without any form of a 9-to-5 mindset. Joek is fully available for you, always reachable, proactive, and has an eye for every detail. However, what really struck me was how attentive and caring he is as a person. Even on the day of the key handover, he went out of his way with small gestures – a lunch, a gift – things that made the entire process personal and genuinely caring. Over the course of a few weeks, he became much more than just a real estate agent; he was someone with whom you could discuss things and who you could fully trust. Upon first contact, Joek showed up on his scooter in casual clothing, unlike other real estate agents who arrive in a suit with folders. It was a pleasant conversation where the feeling was immediately good. He is clear and honest, which also turned out to be the case during the entire sales process. Joek even solved a problem with the door to the garden! When we decided to engage Joek, he immediately got to work. For example, with a temperature of 30 degrees, he was trimming the hedge and wiping the windows, among other tasks. Joek also took care of beautiful photos, after a nice styling. Subsequently, he arranged for a large group of viewers, which ultimately led to good offers and a smooth sale. He was transparent about that all along. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Joek if you want to sell your house.

07 Feb 2024Unreliable realtor. Doesn't keep appointments and 1 star is actually too much. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.

In the sales process, there is unfortunately always only 1 party that can be the buyer and people will always be disappointed. We act on behalf of our clients (in this case the sellers) and always strive for the maximum result. If that means we have to disappoint other parties like yourselves as buyers, then that is regrettable.

The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

It was a fantastic home for me, I lived there for one and a half years. Nino, Mohammed and the team did a fantastic job.

07 Feb 2024We were scammed by this real estate agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they touted as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold everywhere, the furniture was broken, every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After being confronted with the problems, they started lying and blaming my relatives for 'not following the standard procedure', which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we did get our deposit back, but we were still ripped off by an extra €1350 by the greedy landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.

07 Jun 2025They sell apartments without knowing the division of ownership deeds, let alone pointing this out to potential buyers. Years of conflict within the HOA is not mentioned to the buyers. Moreover, they lie about the proportions within the HOA and make it look better than it is. I warned Manuela about this but she didn't care. It is prohibited and unethical. However, she doesn't care about that.

07 May 2025We rented an apartment through Prestige Housing. Manuela (real estate manager/not a real estate owner) presents herself as very professional and cooperative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that several things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things, it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Fortunately, he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t. I would not recommend working with her as a tenant or real estate owner. Her way of communicating is very unpleasant and unreasonable. 2nd review (after rental period) after we left the apartment, it got even worse. Manuela texted me that I should remove this 1-star review. Her argument; my review is incorrect. She even threatened me with legal action if I didn’t remove this review. In my opinion, this portrays Manuela in all respects. In our case, she did not take responsibility for her negligence during our rental period. It was a complete nightmare for me and my family to have her as a property manager.

I had my apartment for rent through a real estate agent for a month and it wasn't rented out. Prestige Housing took different photos, a different description. Within a few days I had three viewings and within a week it was rented out. Clear price agreements. Highly recommended.
