15 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

15 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

30 Nov 2025We are extremely happy and grateful for the efforts of Kien Wijkmakelaar, office Kloosterveen. Muriël really put herself in our shoes. Already during the second viewing, we, trusting in Muriël's expertise, made a bid that was very acceptable to us and was accepted. After a long search, we had within one day a viewing, a bid submitted, and a message that our bid was accepted! It was nice after a year of fumbling ourselves to now be well prepared and confident enough to make a good bid. Also, the after-sales process is experienced by us as very pleasant. It's our first purchased home, so sometimes we have quite a few questions. These are quickly answered in the specially created whatsapp group, even in the evenings and on weekends. A big plus point compared to other real estate agents is a quite sharp price/quality ratio. At KIEN, houses are actively presented where with most real estate agents you yourself have to come up with them. Also, you can view unlimited properties for the fixed all-in price with your real estate agent. In this regard, we experienced Kien as very flexible. In short, two satisfied customers (so far) and from February really starters on the housing market.

No standard story, but tailor-made: she takes the time to get to know you as a seller and you feel like more than just a number.
