Some years ago, Snoek Makelaars helped us with the sale of our farm in Oldeberkoop. What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I still owe him this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital matters and social media, which is how I prefer to keep it - God preserve me! But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a rightful good review. Here issie then: Snoek delivers what others can’t, keeps his promise, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

Unreliable realtor. Not even worth 1 star. We had seen a beautiful house. After (with difficulty) making an appointment, we had a viewing scheduled with Mr. Klinker. During the viewing, we received poor answers to our questions. Ultimately, we found the house so beautiful that we placed a bid. It turned out we were not the only interested parties, so there were multiple bids (a total of 4). We received a request from the realtor to submit a revised offer. This had to be sent via email to the realtor, before 12 o'clock the next day. Ultimately, our bid was just insufficient. Unfortunately.... But what astonished us, Mr. Klinker himself also placed a bid (with all insights into the bids made!!) and ultimately bid slightly more than the other bids. We will never do business with this unreliable realtor again. Also filed an official complaint to NVM.

You can expect more from a guarantee broker, as stated in their slogan. Well, they could certainly remove that from their site. Two months ago I bought a 'new' (it turns out the new house had been empty for 11 years - this wasn't mentioned during the sales conversation, it was said to be about 6 years) casco apartment in Roden. After two months of renovation, we moved in last week. Now it turns out that the central heating boiler is not working properly, I called 'GUARANTY BROKER' Jonkman (who guided us well with the purchase) about this. I was told to just send an email. I did, but to my utter astonishment, I was told to contact my own real estate agent instead. They only made an appointment with Jonkman and had nothing further to do with the sale of the apartment. I really feel cheated by this broker Jonkman and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Unfortunately, this concerns a broker who seeks the edges and is not shy about a bit of playing/cheating. In our case, this was absolutely not in the interest of the selling party. In our opinion 1 where you should be cautious. Fortunately, we were assisted by another realtor in Leek, which means we are very satisfied with the final purchase.
